Abstract

In accordance with one embodiment, there is provided a photovoltaic cell module including a plurality of photovoltaic cell structures including a hole transport layer and an electron transport layer which are disposed on a common photoelectric conversion layer so that electromotive force polarities are alternately different, wherein the photovoltaic cell structures are electrically connected in series.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A photovoltaic cell module comprising a plurality of photovoltaic cell structures including a hole transport layer and an electron transport layer which are disposed on a common photoelectric conversion layer so that electromotive force polarities are alternately different, wherein the photovoltaic cell structures are electrically connected in series.

2 . The photovoltaic cell module according to claim 1 , wherein means for electrically connecting the photovoltaic cell structures in series are a transparent electrode layer and an opposite electrode layer.

3 . The photovoltaic cell module according to claim 1 , wherein one surface of each of the photovoltaic cell structures is disposed integrally on a substrate.

4 . The photovoltaic cell module according to claim 1 , wherein a surface of the transparent electrode layer or the opposite electrode layer, brought into contact with the hole transport layer, has a work function of 4.5 or more.

5 . The photovoltaic cell module according to claim 1 , wherein a surface of the transparent electrode layer or the opposite electrode layer, brought into contact with the electron transport layer, has a work function of 4.5 or less.
