Abstract

A computer-readable storage medium non-transitorily storing a game program for causing a computer that includes a processor and a memory to execute a game played by a player using a game content for which a parameter that can be increased to an upper limit value is set, the game program causing the computer to perform the following processes: an offer process of offering the player with the game content; a recording process of recording the offered game content as an owned game content that the player owns; and an upper limit setting process of selecting one owned game content and another owned game content set to the same type as the one owned game content from among a plurality of owned game contents that the player owns, and re-setting an upper limit value of a parameter set for the one owned game content to a new upper limit value by combining the one owned game content with the other owned game content.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 6 . (canceled)

7 . A computer-readable storage medium non-transitorily storing a game program for causing a computer that includes a processor and a memory to perform:
a process of recording in a storage unit game contents that a player owns, and respective current values and upper limit values of a parameter set for the game contents; a process of combining one game content and another game content that is the same game content as the one game content from among the game contents that the player owns, increasing an upper limit value of the parameter set for the one game content, and setting the increased value as a new upper limit value for the parameter of the one game content; and a process of setting a new current value for the parameter of the one game content when the increased value is set as the new upper limit value for the parameter of the one game content.

8 . A computer-readable storage medium according to claim 7 , wherein the game program causes the computer to execute:
a process of limiting the number of times that the new upper limit value is set for the parameter of the one game content to a predetermined number of times or less.

         9 . A computer-readable storage medium according to claim 7 , wherein
the game program causes the computer to execute: a process of determining an amount of increase in the current value to be set for the parameter of the one game content based on a current value of the parameter set for the same game content; and a process of setting a new current value for the parameter of the one game content based on the amount of increase by combining the one game content with the same game content.

         10 . A computer-readable storage medium according to claim 7 , wherein
the game program causes the computer to execute: a process of increasing the new upper limit value so that the higher the current value of the parameter set for the one game content is, the more the new upper limit value of the parameter to be set for the one game content increases, when the new upper limit value is set for the parameter of the one game content,

11 . An information processing device, comprising:
a storage unit that stores game contents that a player owns, and respective current values and upper limit values of a parameter set for the game contents; and a control unit that executes a process of combining one game content and another game content that is the same game content as the one game content from among the game contents that the player owns, increasing an upper limit value of the parameter set for the one game content, and setting the increased value as a new upper limit value for the parameter of the one game content, and a process of setting a new current value for the parameter of the one game content when the increased value is set as a new upper limit value for the parameter of the one game content.
