Abstract

An oxygen absorber is provided that contains at least one of compounds each having a particular structure, and the oxygen absorber exhibits an oxygen absorbing capability without a metal contained, and is suitable for removing oxygen inside a packaging material packaging foods or the like.

         4 : The oxygen absorber according to  claim 1 , wherein the oxygen absorber comprises the amide compound represented by formula (B-I). 
     
     
         5 : The oxygen absorber according to  claim 4 , wherein in formula (B-I), R B1  represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having from 6 to 10 carbon atoms. 
     
     
         6 : The oxygen absorber according to  claim 1 , wherein the oxygen absorber comprises the imide compound represented by formula (C-I). 
     
     
         7 : The oxygen absorber according to  claim 6 , wherein in formula (C-I), R C1  represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having from 6 to 10 carbon atoms. 
     
     
         8 : The oxygen absorber according to  claim 1 , wherein the oxygen absorber comprises the ester compound represented by formula (D-I). 
     
     
         9 : The oxygen absorber according to  claim 8 , wherein in formula (D-I), R D1  represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having from 6 to 10 carbon atoms. 
     
     
         10 : The oxygen absorber according to  claim 1 , wherein the oxygen absorber comprises the compound represented by formula (E-I). 
     
     
         11 : The oxygen absorber according to  claim 10 , wherein L E  represents an imino group. 
     
     
         12 : The oxygen absorber according to  claim 1 , wherein the oxygen absorber comprises the compound represented by formulae formula (F-I), formula (F-II), or formula (F-III). 
     
     
         13 : The oxygen absorber according to  claim 12 , wherein L F1 , L F2  and L F3  each represent an imino group. 
     
     
         14 : A resin composition comprising the oxygen absorber according to  claim 1  in an amount of from 1 to 30% by mass. 
     
     
         15 : The oxygen absorber according to  claim 1 , wherein the oxygen absorber comprises the compound represented by formula (F-I).
