Abstract

The present invention concerns antibodies that react immunologically with anti-tumor antigen antibodies and compositions and methods related thereto. In particular, the antibodies that react immunologically with the anti-tumor antigen antibodies are employed in therapeutic, diagnostic, and prognostic embodiments related to cancer, including breast cancer, for example.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 13 . (canceled)

14 . A method of improving the treatment of a subject with cancer, comprising the step of delivering to said subject an antibody that reacts immunologically with an anti-tumor antigen antibody.

15 . The method of claim 14 , further defined as delivering to said subject an anti-idiotypic antibody that reacts immunologically with the variable region of an anti-tumor antigen antibody.

16 . The method of claim 14 , wherein said treatment comprises administration of an anti-tumor antigen antibody

17 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the antibody that reacts immunologically with an anti-tumor antigen antibody comprises a polyclonal antibody, a monoclonal antibody, a recombinant ScFv (single chain fragment variable) antibody fragment, Fv, VL or VH fragment, a Fab idiotypic antibody fragment, or an anti-idiotypic antibody fragment.

         18 - 38 . (canceled)
