Travel bag protective structure

Abstract

A travel bag protective structure includes corner guard members respectively and symmetrically mounted at two opposite lateral sides of each of two hinged cover shells of the travel bag and protruding over the outside walls of the cover shells, and protective bars respectively and transversely mounted at the outside walls of the hinged cover shells and connected between each two corner guard members and protruding over the outside walls of the cover shells.

What the invention claimed is: 
     
         1 . A travel bag protective structure, comprising:
 a first cover shell and a second cover shell hinged together; and   a protective structure for protecting said travel bag, said protective structure comprising a plurality of corner guard members respectively mounted at two opposite lateral sides of each of said first cover shell and said second cover shell, and a plurality of protective bars respectively and transversely mounted at said first cover shell and said second cover shell and respectively connected between said corner guard members at the two opposite lateral sides of each of said first cover shell and said second cover shell, said corner guard members and said protective bars protruding over respective outside walls of said first cover shell and said second cover shell.   
     
     
         2 . The travel bag protective structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said first cover shell and said second cover shell each comprise a plurality of locating grooves transversely located at the respective outside walls thereof and extending to the respective opposite lateral sides thereof for accommodating said corner guard members and said protective bars. 
     
     
         3 . The travel bag protective structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein each said protective bar is formed integrally with two said corner guard members in one piece.
