         5 . The inner toilet shield device of  claim 4 , wherein the shield portion is foldable between a storage position and a use position;
 wherein, in the storage position, the shield portion is flat; and wherein, in the use position, the shield portion is folded 90 degrees.

         6 . The inner toilet shield device of claim  1 , wherein the shield portion comprises a first shield portion and a second shield portion, the first shield portion connecting to the adhesive strip and the second shield portion is configured to extend downward in the toilet bowl;
 wherein a second shield portion length is chosen to prevent contact between the second shield portion and water contained in the toilet bowl.

         7 . The inner toilet shield device of claim 1 , wherein the shield portion is constructed of a sterile material.

         8 . The inner toilet shield device of claim 1 , wherein the shield portion is water-resistant.

         9 . An inner toilet shield device, comprising:
 a shield portion configured to fold over a toilet seat front portion, further configured to cover a portion of an inner surface of a toilet bowl; and an adhesive strip connected to a first side of the shield portion and configured to attach to the front portion of the toilet seat front portion; wherein the shield portion is configured to form a hygienic barrier between the inner surface of the toilet bowl and a toilet user.

         10 . The inner toilet shield device of claim 9 , wherein the shield portion is a flexible rectangular member.

         11 . The inner toilet shield device of claim 9 , wherein the shield portion is configured to lay flat prior to use.

         12 . The inner toilet shield device of  claim 11 , wherein the shield portion is foldable between a storage position and a use position;
 wherein, in the storage position, the shield portion is flat; and wherein, in the use position the shield portion is folded 90 degrees.

         13 . The inner toilet shield device of  claim 9 , wherein the shield portion comprises a first shield portion and a second shield portion, the first shield portion connecting to the adhesive strip and the second shield portion is configured to extend downward in the toilet bowl;
 wherein a second shield portion length is chosen to prevent contact between the second shield portion and water contained in the toilet bowl.

         14 . The inner toilet shield device of claim 9 , wherein the shield portion is constructed of a sterile material.

         15 . The inner toilet shield device of claim 9 , wherein the shield portion is water-resistant.

         16 . An inner toilet shield device, comprising:
 a shield portion configured to fold over a lip of a toilet bowl and cover a portion of an inner surface of the toilet bowl, the shield portion comprising:
