Abstract

Disclosed herein is a shaft supporting module, including: a bearing rotatably supporting a shaft of a fan motor; and a supporting body supporting the bearing, wherein the bearing is formed of a single bearing extended in an axial direction.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A shaft supporting module, comprising:
a bearing rotatably supporting a shaft of a fan motor; and a supporting body supporting the bearing, wherein the bearing is formed of a single bearing extended in an axial direction.

2 . The shaft supporting module as set forth in claim 1 , wherein the supporting body includes:
a base part; and a bearing receiving part extended in a direction perpendicular to one surface of the base part and having a receiving groove formed in a shape corresponding to the bearing.

3 . The shaft supporting module as set forth in claim 2 , wherein in the bearing receiving part, the receiving groove has a height equal to or greater than that of the bearing.

4 . The shaft supporting module as set forth in claim 2 , wherein the base part is formed in a disk shape and the bearing receiving part is formed in a cylindrical shape.

5 . The shaft supporting module as set forth in claim 1 , wherein the bearing is formed of a straight bearing.

6 . The shaft supporting module as set forth in claim 1 , wherein the bearing is formed in a cylindrical shape.

7 . An outer rotor type fan motor, comprising:
a rotating part including a shaft, a fan coupled to the shaft, and a magnet mounted on the fan; and a fixed part including a bearing rotatably supporting the shaft, a supporting body receiving and supporting the bearing, and an armature mounted so as to face the magnet, wherein the bearing is formed of a single bearing extended in an axial direction.

8 . The outer rotor type fan motor as set forth in claim 7 , wherein the armature includes:
a core mounted on the supporting body; and a coil wound around the core.

9 . The outer rotor type fan motor as set forth in claim 7 , wherein the supporting body includes:
a base part; and a bearing receiving part extended in a direction perpendicular to one surface of the base part and having a receiving groove formed in a shape corresponding to the bearing.

10 . The outer rotor type fan motor as set forth in claim 9 , wherein in the bearing receiving part, the receiving groove has a height equal to or greater than that of the bearing.

11 . The outer rotor type fan motor as set forth in claim 9 , wherein the base part is formed in a disk shape and the bearing receiving part is formed in a cylindrical shape.

12 . The outer rotor type fan motor as set forth in claim 9 , wherein the armature is mounted along an outer side of the bearing receiving part,
the magnet is mounted along an inner peripheral surface of the fan, and the magnet and the armature are provided at a position spaced from each other by a predetermined distance so as to face each other.

13 . The outer rotor type fan motor as set forth in claim 7 , wherein the bearing is formed of a straight bearing.

14 . The outer rotor type fan motor as set forth in claim 7 , wherein the bearing is formed in a cylindrical shape.
