Claims

Abstract

A display device comprises a first pixel circuit and a second pixel circuit adjacent to the first pixel circuit along a first direction. The first pixel circuit includes a first transistor and a first electro-optic element, and the second pixel circuit includes a second transistor and a second electro-optic element. A power supply line extends along the first direction. A connection wiring is connected between the first transistor and the second transistor, and is connected to the power supply line via a contact portion having at least two contact holes.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A display device, comprising:
 a first pixel circuit and a second pixel circuit adjacent to the first pixel circuit along a first direction, the first pixel circuit including a first transistor and a first electro-optic element, the second pixel circuit including a second transistor and a second electro-optic element;   a power supply line extending along the first direction; and   a connection wiring connected between the first transistor and the second transistor, and connected to the power supply line via a contact portion having at least two contact holes.   
     
     
         2 . The display device according to  claim 1 , wherein the first transistor is connected to the second transistor via at least two contact portions, and wherein the first transistor is connected to the power supply line. 
     
     
         3 . The display device according to  claim 1 , wherein a material of the connection wiring is different with a material of the power supply line. 
     
     
         4 . The display device according to  claim 1 , wherein a layout of the first pixel circuit and the second pixel circuit exhibits a mirror inversion relationship. 
     
     
         5 . The display device according to  claim 1 , wherein a part of the connection wiring is wired in parallel with the power supply line in a layer different from the power supply line. 
     
     
         6 . An electronic apparatus including the display device according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         7 . The electronic apparatus according to  claim 6 , wherein the first transistor is connected to the second transistor via at least two contact portions, and wherein the first transistor is connected to the power supply line. 
     
     
         8 . The electronic apparatus according to  claim 6 , wherein a material of the connection wiring is different with a material of the power supply line. 
     
     
         9 . The electronic apparatus according to  claim 6 , wherein a layout of the first pixel circuit and the second pixel circuit exhibits a mirror inversion relationship. 
     
     
         10 . The electronic apparatus according to  claim 6 , wherein a part of the connection wiring is wired in parallel with the power supply line in a layer different from the power supply line.
