Abstract
Flavonol compounds, pharmaceutical compositions of the compounds and methods for treating bone disorders by administering the pharmaceutical composition by oral, intravenous, subcutaneous, intra-peritoneal or intramuscular route.

33 . A compound comprising a flavonol of General Formula 1:
wherein R 1 is OH and R 2 is OH or H.
34 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of a compound of claim 33 , and optionally one or more pharmaceutically acceptable additives, earners or diluents.
35 . A method of treating bone disorders in a subject comprising administering to the subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition of claim 34 .
36 . The method of claim 35 wherein the pharmaceutical composition may be administered by oral, intravenous, subcutaneous, intra-peritoneal or intramuscular route.
37 . A composition comprising;
a combination of at least two compounds selected from the group consisting of K012, K058, K068 and K100, and
optionally one or more pharmaceutically acceptable additives, carriers or diluents.
38 . A method of treating bone disorders in a subject comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition of claim 37 .
39 . The method of claim 38 wherein the pharmaceutical composition may be administered by oral, intravenous, subcutaneous, intra-peritoneal or intramuscular route.Cited by (0)
