Portable restroom slip cover

Abstract

A slip cover for a portable restroom is disclosed. The slip cover includes a top panel, a first side panel, a back panel, a second side panel, and one or more vent openings. The top panel includes a riser vent opening. The first side panel extends from the top panel and includes one or more first side fasteners. The back panel extends from the top panel and includes one or more back first fasteners corresponding to the one or more first side fasteners and one or more back second fasteners. The second side panel extends from the top panel and includes one or more second side fasteners corresponding to the one or more back second fasteners. The one or more vent openings correspond to vents for the portable restroom.

We claim: 
     
         1 . A slip cover for a portable restroom, the slip cover comprising:
 a top panel including
 a riser vent opening, 
 a top panel first side edge, 
 a top panel back edge adjacent the top panel first side edge, 
 a top panel second side edge adjacent the top panel back edge, and 
 a top panel front edge adjacent the top panel first side edge and the top panel second side edge; 
   a first side panel extending from the top panel first side edge, the first side panel including one or more first side fasteners;   a back panel extending from the top panel back edge, the back panel including
 one or more back first fasteners corresponding to the one or more first side fasteners, and 
 one or more back second fasteners; 
   a second side panel extending from the top panel second side edge, the second side panel including one or more second side fasteners corresponding to the one or more back second fasteners; and   one or more vent openings corresponding to vents on the portable restroom, the one or more vent openings being located in at least one of the first side panel, the back panel, and the second side panel.   
     
     
         2 . The slip cover of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a door portion including
 a front panel in the shape of a door for the portable restroom, the front panel including a handle cut out for a handle of the door, and 
 a slip panel joined to the front panel at a door seam along an edge of the door, the slip panel including a door slip panel edge extending across the front panel and not joined to the front panel forming a pocket for a top of the door. 
   
     
     
         3 . The slip cover of  claim 2 , wherein the front panel includes an occupancy cut out for viewing an occupancy of the portable restroom. 
     
     
         4 . The slip cover of  claim 2 , wherein the door portion includes a door slip corner joined to the front panel at a corner of the front panel opposite the slip panel, the door slip corner including a door slip panel edge not joined to the front panel forming a second pocket for a door corner. 
     
     
         5 . The slip cover of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more vent openings includes a mesh material. 
     
     
         6 . The slip cover of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a front overhang extending from the top panel front edge, the front overhang being shaped so as to not overlap with a door of the portable restroom.   
     
     
         7 . The slip cover of  claim 6 , further comprising:
 a first side front panel extending down from the front overhang and connected to the first side panel at a first side front corner; and   a second side front panel extending down from the front overhang and connected to the second side panel at a second side front corner.   
     
     
         8 . The slip cover of  claim 8 , further comprising:
 a first side flap portion extending from the first side front panel and configured to fold back and fasten to a first side flap fastener when the portable restroom is in use; and   a second side flap portion extending from the second side front panel and configured to fold back and fasten to a second side flap fastener when the portable restroom is in use.   
     
     
         9 . The slip cover of  claim 1 , wherein the top panel includes a light opening. 
     
     
         10 . The slip cover of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a first side front panel extending from the first side panel forming a first side front panel corner there between, the first side front panel corner being adjacent to the front side top edge; and   a second side front panel extending from the second side panel forming a second side front panel corner there between, the second side front panel corner being adjacent to the second side top edge.   
     
     
         11 . The slip cover of  claim 10 , wherein the second side front panel includes one or more second side door fasteners corresponding to one or more door fasteners for a door portion of the slip cover. 
     
     
         12 . The slip cover of  claim 1 , wherein the first side panel includes a first side top edge joined to the top panel first side edge, the back panel includes a back top edge joined to the top panel back edge, and the second side panel includes a second side top edge joined to the top panel second side edge. 
     
     
         13 . The slip cover of  claim 1 , wherein a graphic is applied to the slip cover. 
     
     
         14 . A slip cover for a portable restroom, the slip cover comprising:
 a top panel including
 a riser vent opening, 
 a top panel first side edge, 
 a top panel back edge adjacent the top panel first side edge, 
 a top panel second side edge adjacent the top panel back edge, and 
 a top panel front edge adjacent the top panel first side edge and the top panel second side edge; 
   a first side panel extending from the top panel, the first side panel including
 a first side top edge connected to the top panel first side edge; 
   a back panel extending from the top panel, the back panel including
 a back top edge connected to the top panel back edge, the back panel being connected to the first side panel forming a first side corner there between; 
   a second side panel extending from the top panel, the second side panel including
 a second side top edge connected to the top panel second side edge, the second side panel being connected to the back panel forming a second side corner there between; 
   a first side front panel connected to the first side panel forming a first side front panel corner there between, the first side front panel corner being located opposite the first side corner relative to the first side panel;   a second side front panel connected to the second side panel forming a second side front panel corner there between, the second side front panel corner being located opposite the second side corner relative to the second side panel; and   one or more vent openings corresponding to vents on the portable restroom, the one or more vent openings being located in at least one of the first side panel, the back panel, and the second side panel.   
     
     
         15 . The slip cover of  claim 14 , further comprising:
 a door portion including
 a front panel in the shape of a door for the portable restroom, the front panel including a handle cut out for a handle of the door, 
 a slip panel joined to the front panel at a door seam along an edge of the door, the slip panel including a door slip panel edge extending across the front panel and not joined to the front panel forming a pocket for a top of the door, 
 a door slip corner joined to the front panel at a corner of the front panel opposite the slip panel, the door slip corner including a door slip panel edge not joined to the front panel forming a second pocket for a door corner, and 
 one or more door fasteners; 
 wherein the second side front panel includes one or more second side door fasteners corresponding to the one or more door fasteners. 
   
     
     
         16 . The slip cover of  claim 14 , wherein the one or more vent openings includes a mesh material. 
     
     
         17 . The slip cover of  claim 14 , wherein the first side panel, the back panel, and the second side panel are an integral piece of material, and the first side corner and the second corner are folds in the integral piece of material. 
     
     
         18 . The slip cover of  claim 14 , wherein the first side corner and the second side corner are stitched seams. 
     
     
         19 . The slip cover of  claim 14 , wherein a graphic is applied to the slip cover. 
     
     
         20 . A slip cover for a portable restroom including a riser vent and a door, the slip cover comprising:
 a top panel including a riser vent opening configured to align with the riser vent,   a first side panel connected to the top panel and extending from the top panel, the first side panel including
 a first side vent opening configured to align with a first vent opening of the portable restroom, and 
 one or more first side fasteners; 
   a back panel connected to the top panel adjacent the first side panel and extending from the top panel, the back panel including
 a back vent opening configured to align with a second vent opening of the portable restroom, 
 one or more back first fasteners configured to fasten to the one or more first side fasteners, and 
 one or more back second fasteners; 
   a second side panel connected to the top panel adjacent the back panel and extending from the top panel, the second side panel including
 a second side vent opening configured to align with a third vent opening of the portable restroom, and 
 one or more second side fasteners configured to fasten to the one or more back second fasteners; 
   a first side front panel connected to the first side panel forming a first side front panel corner there between, the first side front panel corner being located opposite the first side corner relative to the first side panel; and   a second side front panel connected to the second side panel forming a second side front panel corner there between, the second side front panel corner being located opposite the second side corner relative to the second side panel, the second side front panel including one or more second side door fasteners; and   a door portion including
 a front panel configured to cover the door, the front panel including a handle cut out for a handle of the door, 
 a slip panel connected to the front panel and configured to form a pocket for a top of the door, 
 a door slip corner connected to the front panel and configured to form a second pocket for a corner of the door, and 
   one or more door fasteners configured to fasten to the one or more second side door fasteners.
