Abstract

A heat gun head includes a housing. The housing defines two rows of outlets in a front end surface of the housing. When the heat gun head operates, hot air in the housing flows out of the housing through the two rows of outlets.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A heat gun head, comprising:
a housing defining two rows of outlets in a front end surface of the housing; wherein when the heat gun head operates, hot air in the housing flows out of the housing through the two rows of outlets.

2 . The heat gun head of claim 1 , further comprising two opposite blocks rotatably connected to the housing and located between the two rows of outlets.

3 . The heat gun head of claim 2 , wherein a recess is defined in the housing extending through the front end surface of the housing, the blocks are rotatably connected to and received in opposite ends of the recess.

4 . The heat gun head of claim 3 , wherein two pivot poles extend from opposite ends of each block and engage in two pivot holes defined in opposite sidewalls bounding the recess, to rotatably connect the block to the recess.

5 . The heat gun head of claim 3 , wherein a stop tab extends from an inner side of each block, near the front end surface of the housing.

6 . The heat gun head of claim 3 , wherein the housing comprises a neck and a head connected to a front end of the neck.

7 . The heat gun head of claim 6 , further comprising a transmission mechanism received in the neck, and a motion mechanism connected between the transmission mechanism and the blocks, wherein the transmission mechanism pushes the motion mechanism forward, the motion mechanism pushes the blocks to rotate.

8 . The heat gun head of claim 7 , wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a transmission pole, and an operation pole extending from the transmission pole, the neck defines a slide slot, the operation pole extends out of the neck through the slide slot, the operation pole is moved along the slide slot, to allow the transmission pole to push the motion mechanism.

9 . The heat gun head of claim 8 , wherein a cover is formed on the operation pole, the cover abuts against an inner surface of the neck and covers the slide slot.

10 . The heat gun head of claim 8 , wherein a plurality of latches extends from opposite sides of the transmission pole, the transmission mechanism further comprises two gears located at opposite sides of the transmission pole and meshing with the plurality of latches.

11 . The heat gun head of claim 8 , wherein two openings are defined in opposite ends of the recess, communicating the recess with an inner space of the head, the motion mechanism comprises a connection portion connected to the transmission mechanism, and two resilient tabs extending from opposite ends of the connection portion, the resilient tabs extend through the openings and are connected to the blocks.

12 . The heat gun head of claim 11 , wherein the connection portion is substantially U-shaped, comprising a connection tab connected to the transmission pole, and two extension tabs extending forward from opposite sides of the connection tab and connected to the resilient tabs.

13 . The heat gun head of claim 12 , wherein a connection pole extends from an inner surface of the head, and abuts against a junction of outer sides of each extension tab and the corresponding resilient tab.

14 . The heat gun head of claim 11 , wherein each resilient tab is arced.

15 . The heat gun head of claim 11 , wherein a limitation portion extends from an outer side of each block.
