Abstract

A hot water supply air conditioning system performs a first cold-storage operation, a second cold-storage operation, and a cold-used air-cooling operation. In the first cold-storage operation, a hot-water-supply-side heat exchanger serves as a condenser, and a thermal-storage-side heat exchanger serves as an evaporator. Moreover, a hot water supplier heats water of a hot water storage tank, and a thermal storage stores cold thermal energy in a thermal storage tank. In the second cold-storage operation, a heat-source-side heat exchanger serves as a condenser, and the thermal-storage-side heat exchanger serves as an evaporator. Moreover, the thermal storage stores cold thermal energy in the thermal storage tank. In the cold-used air-cooling operation, the hot water supply air conditioning system cools room air using cold thermal energy stored in the thermal storage tank.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A hot water supply air conditioning system comprising:
a hot water supplier including a hot water storage tank configured to store hot water to be supplied; a thermal storage including a thermal storage tank configured to store a thermal storage medium; and a refrigerant circuit including
a hot-water-supply-side heat exchanger connected to the hot water supplier,
a thermal-storage-side heat exchanger connected to the thermal storage,
a heat-source-side heat exchanger configured to exchange heat between refrigerant and outdoor air, and
a utilization-side heat exchanger configured to condition room air,
wherein the hot water supply air conditioning system performs
a cold-storage operation in which the refrigerant circuit performs a refrigeration cycle such that the thermal-storage-side heat exchanger serves as an evaporator and the thermal storage cools the thermal storage medium of the thermal storage tank with refrigerant flowing through the thermal-storage-side heat exchanger, and
a cold-used air-cooling operation in which the refrigerant circuit circulates refrigerant from the thermal-storage-side heat exchanger to the utilization-side heat exchanger and the thermal storage cools refrigerant flowing through the thermal-storage-side heat exchanger with the thermal storage medium of the thermal storage tank, and
during the cold-storage operation, the hot water supply air conditioning system performs
a first operation in which the hot-water-supply-side heat exchanger serves as a radiator and the hot water supplier heats the water of the hot water storage tank with heat dissipated from refrigerant, and
a second operation in which the heat-source-side heat exchanger serves as the radiator.

2 . The hot water supply air conditioning system of claim 1 , wherein
 the refrigerant circuit further includes
a hot-water-supply-side path in which the hot-water-supply-side heat exchanger is provided,
a heat-source-side path in which the heat-source-side heat exchanger is provided, and
a bypass path connected to both ends of the hot-water-supply-side path and both ends of the heat-source-side path and being switchable among
a first state in which refrigerant flows through the hot-water-supply-side path and bypasses the heat-source-side path,
a second state in which refrigerant bypasses the hot-water-supply-side path and flows through the heat-source-side path, and
a third state in which refrigerant bypasses both of the hot-water-supply-side path and the heat-source-side path.

3 . The hot water supply air conditioning system of claim 2 , wherein
the hot-water-supply-side path includes a hot-water-supply-side expansion valve disposed on a liquid side of the hot-water-supply-side heat exchanger, and the heat-source-side path includes a heat-source-side expansion valve disposed on a liquid side of the heat-source-side heat exchanger.
