Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Chopsticks indicating a finger acupuncture point stimulating a brain, comprising:
an elastic coupling means coupled to ends of a pair of chopsticks so that the other ends of the chopsticks become open; and a location indicating part that rubs an end of a forefinger which is a spot of a forefinger acupuncture point stimulating the brain and that indicates a forefinger spot for training to use the chopsticks and a thumb pressing part on a region of one chopstick which corresponds to the end of the forefinger.
2 . The chopsticks according to claim 1 , wherein the location indicating part is a tube having pimples for stimulating the end of the forefinger, and is fixedly fitted on a surface of one chopstick.
3 . The chopsticks according to claim 1 , wherein the location indicating part is a recess for stimulating the end of the forefinger, and is formed on a surface of one chopstick.
4 . The chopsticks according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic coupling means includes a tapered face formed on the end of at least one chopstick so as to keep the chopsticks open, and a ring-shaped rubber band fixing the ends of the chopsticks having the tapered surfaces to rubber band fitting grooves.
5 . The chopsticks according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic coupling means includes:
a ring-shaped rubber band provided to the ends of the pair of chopsticks and fixing the pair of chopsticks to rubber band fitting grooves so as to become open; a fixing tube fixed to an extension string extending from the ring-shaped rubber band; and a fixing bar fixedly fitted into the fixing tube and functioning as a hinge of the chopsticks.
6 . The chopsticks according to claim 5 , wherein the fixing bar is configured so that a chopstick coupling corresponding region thereof forms a neck reduced in diameter.
7 . The chopsticks according to one of claims 1 to 5 , wherein the ends of the chopsticks forming the elastic coupling means are coupled with a fancy accessory on outer surfaces thereof, and the fancy accessory is formed so as to have an elastic holding hole holding the chopsticks so as to allow the chopsticks to be used in an open state.
8 . The chopsticks according to one of claims 1 to 5 , wherein the other ends of the chopsticks which become open include curved parts surrounding food in a surface contact.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
