Abstract
A game for a plurality of players is disclosed. The game may have a plurality of polyhedrons arranged in a matrix. Each visible face of the polyhedrons has indicia thereon. The method may include the steps of randomingly aligning the polyhedrons into an equal number of rows and columns and rotating any polyhedron, by turns, so that a different face is showing, until a predetermined number of rows, a predetermined number of columns, a predetermined number of diagonals, or combinations thereof of a predetermined number of matching indicia are showing.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A game for a plurality of players, comprising:
a. a plurality of polyhedrons arranged in a matrix, wherein each visible face of the polyhedrons has indicia thereon; and b. a plurality of markers associated with each of the indicia.
2 . The game of claim 1 , wherein the indicia are generated from a pre-defined selection of indicia.
3 . The game of claim 2 , wherein the polyhedron is a cube.
4 . The game of claim 3 , wherein the game further includes:
a. a base; and b. skewers detachably extending from the base,
wherein the cubes are positioned on the skewers.
5 . The game of claim 4 , wherein the cubes are adapted to stop in a position showing the indicia to the player.
6 . The game of claim 5 , wherein the cubes include a detent for stopping in pre-determined positions on the skewer.
7 . The game of claim 6 , wherein the cubes are adapted to rotate about the skewers.
8 . The game of claim 7 , further comprising a rack on the base for positioning the markers.
9 . A method of playing a game for a plurality of players, wherein the game comprises a plurality of polyhedrons arranged in a matrix, wherein each visible face of the polyhedrons has indicia thereon, and wherein the method comprises the steps of:
a. randomingly aligning the polyhedrons into an equal number of rows and columns; b. rotating any polyhedron, by turns, so that a different face is showing, until a predetermined number of rows, a predetermined number of columns, a predetermined number of diagonals, or combinations thereof of a predetermined number of matching indicia are showing.
10 . The method of claim 9 , further comprising a plurality of markers associated with each of the indicia and the method further includes using the markers for identifying the number of times that the predetermined number of matching indicia are completed until the designated number of times needed to win the game are accomplished.
11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the indicia are generated from a pre-defined selection of indicia.
12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the polyhedron is a cube.
13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the game further includes:
a. a base; and b. skewers detachably extending from the base,
wherein the cubes are positioned on the skewers.
14 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the cubes are adapted to stop in a position showing the indicia to the player.
15 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the cubes include a detent for stopping in pre-determined positions on the skewer.
16 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the cubes are adapted to rotate about the skewers.
17 . The method of claim 16 , further comprising a rack on the base for positioning the markers.
18 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the indicia are randomly generated.
19 . The method of claim 18 , wherein the indicia are colors.
20 . The method of claim 18 , wherein the indicia are symbols.Cited by (0)
