Abstract

A collapsible Christmas tree has a main trunk, a base, and multiple string lights. The main trunk is telescopic. The base is detachably mounted on a bottom end of the main trunk. The string lights are connected to the main trunk and the base. Two ends of each string light are respectively connected to a top end of the main trunk and the base. The main trunk and the base can be disassembled from each other. Additionally, the main trunk is telescopic, such that the overall volume can be further reduced when the collapsible Christmas tree is folded. As a result, the collapsible Christmas tree is convenient both for storage and transportation.

Claims

 a bottom end connected to the base.

         2 . The collapsible Christmas tree as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the main trunk has
 a bottom tube detachably mounted on the base; a middle tube moveably mounted in the bottom tube; and a top tube moveably mounted in the middle tube.

         3 . The collapsible Christmas tree as claimed in claim 2 , wherein
 the bottom tube of the main trunk has
 a top hole formed through the bottom tube and being adjacent to a top end of the bottom tube;
   the middle tube of the main trunk has
 a top hole formed through the middle tube and being adjacent to a top end of the middle tube; and
 a bottom hole formed through the middle tube and being adjacent to a bottom end of the middle tube;
   the top tube of the main trunk has
 a bottom hole formed through the top tube and being adjacent to a bottom end of the top tube; and
   the main trunk further has
 a middle resilient element mounted in the middle tube and having
 a middle protrusion formed on an end of the middle resilient element, mounted through the bottom hole of the middle tube, and selectively engaging the top hole of the bottom tube; and

 a top resilient element mounted in the top tube and having
 a top protrusion formed on an end of the top resilient element, mounted through the bottom hole of the top tube, and selectively engaging the top hole of the middle tube.

         4 . The collapsible Christmas tree as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the base has
 a main rod detachably mounted on the bottom end of the main trunk and having two ends; two minor rods, each minor rod having
 an inside end detachably mounted on the main rod; and
 an outside end; and
   four surrounding rods, each surrounding rod detachably mounted between the outside end of the corresponding minor rod and the corresponding end of the main rod, and connected to the bottom ends of the corresponding string lights.

         5 . The collapsible Christmas tree as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the base has
 a main rod detachably mounted on the bottom end of the main trunk and having two ends; two minor rods, each minor rod having
 an inside end detachably mounted on the main rod; and
 an outside end; and
   four surrounding rods, each surrounding rod detachably mounted between the outside end of the corresponding minor rod and the corresponding end of the main rod, and connected to the bottom ends of the corresponding string lights.

         6 . The collapsible Christmas tree as claimed in claim 4 , wherein
 the main rod of the base has
 a connecting tube formed on a center of a top of the main rod, and mounted in the bottom end of the main trunk; and
   the base further has
 a screw mounted in the main trunk and abutting against the connecting tube.

         7 . The collapsible Christmas tree as claimed in claim 5 , wherein
 the main rod of the base has
 a connecting tube formed on a center of a top of the main rod, and mounted in the bottom end of the main trunk; and
   the base further has
 a screw mounted in the main trunk and abutting against the connecting tube.

         8 . The collapsible Christmas tree as claimed in claim 4 , wherein
 the main rod of the base has
 two connecting segments respectively formed on centers of two opposite side surfaces of the main rod, and respectively mounted in the minor rods; and
   the base further has
 two resilient sheets respectively mounted in the connecting segments, each resilient sheet having
 a sheet protrusion formed on an end of the resilient sheet, mounted through the corresponding connecting segment and the corresponding minor rod.

         9 . The collapsible Christmas tree as claimed in claim 7 , wherein
 the main rod of the base has
 two connecting segments respectively formed on centers of two opposite side surfaces of the main rod, and respectively mounted in the minor rods; and
   the base further has
 two resilient sheets respectively mounted in the connecting segments, each resilient sheet having
 a sheet protrusion formed on an end of the resilient sheet, mounted through the corresponding connecting segment and the corresponding minor rod.

         10 . The collapsible Christmas tree as claimed in claim 4 , wherein
 the main rod has
 two sleeves respectively formed on the two ends of the main rod;
   each minor rod has
 a sleeve mounted on the outside end of the minor rod; and
   two ends of each surrounding rod are respectively mounted in the corresponding sleeve of the main rod and the sleeve of the corresponding minor rod.
