Abstract

Apparatus for sport activity, in particular for skiing and/or snowboarding, usable for example by a skier, suited to splay the legs of the skier, includes a spacer element to which ends fastening mechanisms are coupled in order to couple the spacer element to each leg of the skier by the fastening mechanisms. Consequently, when the skier uses the apparatus, he/she has his legs open by a distance equal to the length of the spacer element.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . Apparatus ( 10 ; 100 ; 200 ; 300 ) for sport activity, in particular for siding and/or snowboarding, usable for example by a skier, suited to splay the legs of the skier, characterized by the fact of comprising a spacer element ( 12 ; 1 12 ; 212 ; 310 ) to which ends fastening means ( 14 , 16 ; 122 a, 122 b ) are coupled in order to couple the spacer element ( 12 ; 1 . 1 . 2 ; 212 ; 310 ) to each leg of the skier by said fastening means ( 1 . 4 , 1 . 6 ; 122 a, 122 b ).

         2 . Apparatus ( 10 ; 100 ) according to claim 1 , wherein the spacer clement ( 12 ; 1 12 ) is a rigid element.

         3 . Apparatus ( 10 ) according to claim 1 , wherein, the spacer element ( 12 ) comprises a first rod ( 18 ) and a second rod ( 20 ), the first rod ( 18 ) having a first end and a second end, and the second rod ( 20 ) having a first end and a second, end, the first ends of the first rod ( 18 ) and of the second rod ( 20 ) being coupled to the fastening means ( 14 , 16 ), the second ends of the first rod ( 18 ) and of the second rod ( 20 ) being removably couplable to each other by coupling means ( 22 , 24 , 26 , 28 ).

4 . Apparatus ( 10 ) according to claim 3 , wherein the coupling means ate are a magnetic body.

5 . Apparatus ( 10 ) according to claim 3 , wherein the second end of the first rod ( 18 ) comprises a metal body ( 22 ) wherein a cavity ( 24 ) is obtained and wherein the second end of the second rod ( 20 ) comprises an element ( 26 ) to which a magnetic body ( 28 ) is removably fixed ( 28 ), said magnetic body having homologous shape of the cavity.

         6 . Apparatus ( 200 ; 300 ) according to claim 1 , wherein the spacer element is an extensible element ( 212 ; 310 ) with variable length.

         7 . Apparatus ( 200 ; 300 ) according to claim 5 , wherein the extensible element ( 212 : 31 . 0 ) comprises blocking means ( 222 , 224 , 230 , 232 , 234 , 236 ; 316 ) suited to block the extensible element ( 212 ; 300 ) in a given length.

         8 . Apparatus ( 10 ; 100 ; 200 ; 300 ) claim 1 , wherein fastening means ( 14 , 16 , 122 Aa 122 b ) are pivoted to the end of the spacer clement.

9 . Apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the fastening means of the spacer element to the legs are coupled to the spacer element by releasable coupling elements, so that if said coupling elements are subject to a load or to a traction which value is higher than a given value, at least a fastening mean release from the spacer element.

10 . Apparatus ( 100 ; 200 ; 300 ) according to claim 1 , wherein the fastening means ( 122 a, 122 b ) of the spacer element ( 1 12 ; 212 ; 3 10 ) to the legs comprise releasable coupling elements to the legs, so that if said coupling elements arc subject to a load or to a traction which value is higher than a given, value, at least a fastening mean release from the respective leg.
