Abstract
Providing on a graphic display, of a cellular phone, an audio-visual interface (AVI) with a global positioning system (GPS) position of another cellular phone is disclosed. The cellular phone may have an authorized security level to see the another cellular phone's position on a real-time map on the AVI. The AVI on the cellular phone may be configured to initiate a communication over a cellular network with the another cellular phone.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A cellular phone comprising:
a cellular data network interface device; circuitry configured to provide, on a graphic display, an audio-visual interface (AVI), wherein a global positioning system (GPS) position of at least one other cellular phone with an authorized security level is displayed on a real-time map on the AVI; wherein the AVI provides a log having identifying information of the at least one other cellular phone and the AVI initiates a communication function with the at least one other cellular phone; and wherein the communication function utilizes the cellular data network interface device.
2 . The cellular phone of claim 1 further comprising:
circuitry configured to send, via the cellular data network interface device, payment to a device; and
circuitry configured to receive, via the cellular data network interface device, a virtual receipt from the device.
3 . The cellular phone of claim 1 further comprising:
circuitry configured to track movement of the cellular phone.
4 . The cellular phone of claim 1 further comprising:
circuitry configured to indicate when the at least one other cellular phone is within a vicinity of the cellular phone.
5 . The cellular phone of claim 4 wherein the indication is provided when the at least one other cellular phone is within the vicinity during a predetermined time of day.
6 . The cellular phone of claim 1 , wherein another log comprises user activity information of the cellular phone.
7 . The cellular phone of claim 1 , wherein the cellular phone is part of a vehicle.
8 . The cellular phone of claim 1 , wherein the authorized security level allows control of functions of the cellular phone subsequent to the cellular phone allowing control.
9 . A method performed by a cellular phone, the method comprising:
providing, on a graphic display by the cellular phone, an audio-visual interface (AVI), wherein a global positioning system (GPS) position of at least one other cellular phone with an authorized security level is displayed on a real-time map on the AVI; wherein the AVI provides a log having identifying information of the at least one other cellular phone and the AVI initiates s a communication function with the at least one other cellular phone; and wherein the communication function utilizes a cellular data network interface device.
10 . The method of claim 9 further comprising:
sending, by the cellular phone via the cellular data network interface device, payment to a device; and
receiving, by the cellular phone via the cellular data network interface device, a virtual receipt from the device.
11 . The method of claim 9 further comprising:
tracking movement of the cellular phone.
12 . The method of claim 9 further comprising:
indicating, by the cellular phone, when the at least one other cellular phone is within a vicinity of the cellular phone.
13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the indication is provided when the at least one other cellular phone is within the vicinity during a predetermined time of day.
14 . The method of claim 9 , wherein another log comprises user activity information of the cellular phone.
15 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the cellular phone is part of a vehicle.
16 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the authorized security level allows control of functions of the cellular phone subsequent to the cellular phone allowing control.
17 . A method performed by an administrative device, the method comprising:
sending, by the administrative device via a cellular data network to another cellular phone, a global positioning system (GPS) position of at least one cellular phone with an authorized security level, wherein the position is configured to be displayed on a real-time map on an audio-visual interface (AVI); providing, by the administrative device to the another cellular phone via the cellular data network, a log having identifying information of the at least one cellular phone; and providing, by the administrative device via the cellular data network, a communication function for communication between the at least one cellular phone and the another cellular phone.
18 . The method of claim 17 further comprising:
receiving, by the administrative device via the cellular data network, payment from the another cellular phone; and
sending, by the administrative device via the cellular data network, a virtual receipt to the another cellular phone.
19 . The method of claim 17 further comprising:
indicating, by the administrative device to the another cellular phone via the cellular data network, when the at least one cellular phone is within a vicinity of the another cellular phone.
20 . The method of claim 19 , wherein the indication is provided when the at least one cellular phone is within the vicinity during a predetermined time of day.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
