. A polypeptide according to claim 118 , further comprising an Fc domain.
. A polypeptide capable of binding Ang-2, wherein the polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence
[SEQ ID NO: 131]
QKYQPLDELDKTLYDQFMLQQG
wherein up to two amino acids therein are substituted by a derivative amino acid.
. A polypeptide according to claim 122 , wherein up to one of the amino acids is substituted by a derivative amino acid and up to one is substituted by an unconventional amino acid.
. A polypeptide according to claim 122 , comprising one or two derivative amino acids, wherein one or both derivative amino acids have a modified side chain.
. A polypeptide according to claim 123 , wherein the derivative amino acid has a modified side chain.
. A polypeptide according to claim 125 , wherein the unconventional amino acid is E-acetyl lysine.
. A polypeptide according to claim 122 , further comprising an Fc domain.
. A specific binding agent, comprising a peptide of SEQ ID NO: 131 with up to 2 amino acid substitutions, wherein each of said amino acid substitutions is an unconventional amino acid substitution, wherein each unconventional amino acid substitution is an E-acetyl lysine amino acid, and wherein said peptide comprising said substitutions specifically binds to Ang2.
. A polypeptide according to claim 128 , further comprising an Fc domain.
. A specific binding agent, comprising a peptide of SEQ ID NO: 131 wherein exactly one amino acid of said peptide of SEQ ID NO: 131 is a derivative amino acid, wherein said derivative peptide further comprises exactly one unconventional amino acid substitution, and wherein said peptide comprising said substitution specifically binds to Ang2.
. The specific binding agent of claim 130 , wherein said derivative amino acid comprises a modified side chain.
. A polypeptide according to claim 130 , further comprising an Fc domain.
. The specific binding agent of claim 130 , wherein said unconventional amino acid substitution is an E-acetyl lysine amino acid.
