Abstract

A support member of foldable travel bed is revealed. The travel bed includes two side frames and two fastening joints. By the fastening joints being released from fastening state, a connecting rod and a vertical rod of one side frame and those of the other side frame are moved toward each other so as to fold the travel bed into two halves for storage. A pivot connector is used to connect a transverse rod, the connecting rod and the vertical rod. A stopper assembly including a slide sleeve and a link rod is arranged between the transverse rod and the vertical rod. The slide sleeve is disposed around the transverse rod while two ends of the link rod are respectively pivoted to the slide sleeve and the vertical rod. Thereby the travel bed is extended stably due to the stopper assembly.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1 . A support member of a foldable travel bed that is folded into two halves comprising: two side frames and two fastening joints; the two side frames are moved toward each other by the fastening joints being released from fastening state so as to fold the travel bed into two halves for storage; wherein the side frame having two transverse rods, a connecting rod, two vertical rods, and two pivot connectors each of which used for connecting the transverse rod, the connecting rod and the vertical rod; a stopper assembly is arranged between the transverse rod and the vertical rod; the stopper assembly having a slide sleeve sleeved on the transverse rod and a link rod whose two ends are respectively pivoted to the slide sleeve and the vertical rod.

2 . The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a lower frame is disposed on a bottom end the each vertical rod; the lower frame includes a plurality of support rods; an outer end of the support rod is connected to a bottom end of the vertical rod correspondingly while all inner ends of the supports rods are connected by a base seat.

3 . The device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the bottom end of the vertical rod is further arranged with a wheel or a support leg.

4 . The device as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the pivot connector includes two co-axial sleeves at a first direction and a curved slot along an axis of the sleeves at a second direction; the sleeves are arranged parallel to each other and respectively inserted through by the connecting rod and the transverse rod; a slot is formed between the two sleeves and a stopper fixed on the transverse rod is mounted in the slot; two side walls of the curved slot are fixed on the vertical rod.

5 . The device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the pivot connector includes two co-axial sleeves at a first direction and a curved slot along an axis of the sleeves at a second direction; the sleeves are arranged parallel to each other and respectively inserted through by the connecting rod and the transverse rod; a slot is formed between the two sleeves and a stopper fixed on the transverse rod is mounted in the slot; two side walls of the curved slot are fixed on the vertical rod.
