Eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils are created comprising utensil, having at least one material, with at least one function. At least one material selected from group consisting of glass, crystal, ceramic, and porcelain, including glass-ceramic, silicone, clay, and stone; wood, bamboo, resin, plastic, and bio-plastic; and metal and metal alloy. At least one material comprising glass, crystal, ceramic, and porcelain having advantages including washable, reusable, long lasting, environmentally friendly, not cold to the touch, do not conduct heat, not hot for hands and mouth, do not get rusty, more sanitary than plastic, chemically resistant, microwave safe, dishwasher safe, manufactured from non-stick material, easy to clean, and recyclable. At least one material useful for making utensil selected from group consisting of part of utensil, and entire utensil. At least one function selected from group consisting of eating, drinking, food preparation, food storage, food container, food serving, and cooking.

1 . Eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils comprising:
a utensil having, at least one material, with at least one function; wherein said at least one function is selected from group consisting of eating, drinking, food preparation, food storage, food container, food serving, and cooking.
2 . The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 1 wherein said utensil is selected from group consisting of eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils.
3 . The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 1 wherein said at least one material being non conductor of heat is selected from group consisting of glass, crystal, ceramic, and porcelain, including glass-ceramic, silicone, clay, and stone.
4 . The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 1 wherein said at least one material being non conductor of heat is selected from group consisting of wood, bamboo, resin, plastic, and bio-plastic.

The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 1 wherein said at least one material being heat conductor is metal and metal alloy, and are selected from group consisting of steel, iron, copper, gold, silver, aluminum, chromium, manganese, nickel, zinc, titanium, tin, other metal, and other chemical element.

The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 1 wherein said at least one material useful for making said utensil selected from group consisting of part of said utensil, and entire said utensil; said part of said utensil is selected from group consisting of lid, cover, base, stand, lining, and handle.
7 . The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 2 wherein said eating utensils are selected from group consisting of chopsticks, chopsticks rest, spoon, knife, fork, cocktail stick, drinking straw, skewer, tong, and trong.

The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 2 wherein said eating utensils comprising combination utensils are selected from group consisting of chopfork, chork, forkchops, knork, spoonstraw, sporf, spork, and spife; said chopfork having a fork at one end and chopsticks at other end; said chopfork having a fork at one end and tongs at other end; said chork having pointed and slightly curved tongs; said chork having a fork with a split handle which can be broken in half to make two chopsticks; said forkchops having two chopsticks with a small fork and knife on non pointed ends; said knork having knife and fork; said spoonstraw having scoop ended drinking straw for slushies and milkshakes; said sporf having spoon and fork and knife; said spork having spoon and fork; and said spife having spoon and knife.

The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 2 wherein said kitchen utensils are selected from group consisting of kitchenware, wares for the kitchen; ovenware and bakeware, kitchen utensils that are for use inside ovens and for baking; and cookware, merchandise used for cooking.

The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 2 wherein said kitchen utensils are selected from group consisting of biscuit cutter, cake and pie server, bottle opener, tin opener, cork screw, nut cracker, crab cracker, pizza cutter, potato masher, rolling pin, corer, curler, pitter, peeler, sieve, scissors, scraper, shear, slicer, scaler, sifter, scoop, spatula, spider, chopper, squeezer, grater, grinder, blender, whisk, tong, ladle, bowl, dish, plate, platter, saucer, tray, sauce boat, gravy boat, creamer, salt shakers, pepper shaker, salt cellar, sugar bowl, jug, pitcher, cup, mug, glass, teapot, and coffee pot.
11 . The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 2 wherein said cooking utensils are selected from group consisting of baking pan, saucepan, frying pan, stock pot, cooking pot, and wok.

The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 3 wherein said at least one material comprising glass, crystal, ceramic, and porcelain being non conductor of heat having advantages including washable, reusable, long lasting, environmentally friendly, not cold to the touch, do not conduct heat, not hot for hands and mouth, do not get rusty, more sanitary than plastic, chemically resistant, microwave safe, dishwasher safe, manufactured from non-stick material, easy to clean, and recyclable.

The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 3 wherein said at least one material comprising glass, crystal, ceramic, and porcelain being non conductor of heat useful for making said utensil selected from group consisting of part of said utensil, and entire said utensil;
said part of said utensil is selected from group consisting of lid, cover, base, stand, lining, and handle.

The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 4 wherein said at least one material comprising wood, bamboo, resin, plastic, and bio-plastic being non conductor of heat useful for making said utensil selected from group consisting of part of said utensil, and entire said utensil; said part of said utensil is selected from group consisting of lid, cover, base, stand, lining, and handle.
15 . The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 5 wherein said at least one material being heat conductor having advantage of thermal conductivity.
16 . The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 1 wherein said utensil comprising chopsticks is selected from group consisting of Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.

The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 1 wherein said utensil comprising chopsticks with a length of about 6 to 16 inches, and having function of eating and cooking; said chopsticks with shorter length useful for consumption of food; and said chopsticks with longer length useful for cooking, including use of large stock pot, and wok.
18 . The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 1 wherein said utensil comprising chopsticks with matching chopsticks rests created with same material as chopsticks with purpose of resting 1 or 2 pairs of chopsticks during non-use conditions.
19 . The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 1 wherein said utensil comprising spoon is selected from group consisting of tea spoon, soup spoon, serving spoon, and dessert spoon.
20 . The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 1 wherein said utensil comprising fork is selected from group consisting of dessert fork, relish fork, salad fork, dinner fork, cold cuts fork, serving fork, and carving fork.
21 . The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 1 wherein said utensil comprising knife is selected from group consisting of butter knife, table knife, carving knife, chopping knife, and cutting knife.

The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 1 wherein said utensil comprising dinnerware set selected from group consisting of a pair of chopsticks, a chopsticks rest, a soup spoon, a dessert spoon, a salad fork, a dinner fork, a dessert fork, a butter knife, and 2 table knives; and said dinnerware is made of same said at least one material.
23 . The eating utensils, kitchen utensils, and cooking utensils of claim 1 wherein said utensil is created to match dishware, drinkware, and tableware with same said at least one material.
