Abstract
An electrical device comprising: a high voltage DC power storage system; a variable frequency drive comprising DC terminals, a variable frequency inverter, and a variable drive output, wherein said high voltage DC power source is direct fed to said DC terminals; and an AC motor connected to said variable drive output.

a high voltage DC power storage system;
a variable frequency drive comprising DC terminals, a variable frequency inverter, and a variable drive output, wherein said high voltage DC power source is direct fed to said DC terminals; and
an AC motor connected to said variable drive output.
2 . An electrical device according to claim I. wherein said high voltage DC power storage system comprises a high voltage battery bank.
3 . An electrical device according to claim 2 further comprising a solar panel array connected to a charge controller and said charge controller is connected to said high voltage battery bank.
4 . An electrical device according to claim 2 further comprising a wind powered DC power source connected to a charge controller and said charge controller is connected to said high voltage battery bank.
5 . An electrical device according to claim 2 further comprising a water powered DC power source connected to a charge controller and said charge controller is connected to said high voltage battery bank.
6 . An electrical device according to claim 2 further comprising a solar panel array connected to a reverse power diode and said reverse power diode is connected to said high voltage battery bank.
7 . An electrical device according to claim 2 further comprising a wind powered DC power source connected to a reverse power diode and said reverse power diode is connected to said high voltage battery bank.
8 . An electrical device according to claim 2 further comprising a water powered DC power source connected to a reverse power diode and said reverse power diode is connected to said high voltage battery bank.
9 . An electrical device according to claim 1 wherein said AC motor comprises a three phase explosion proof motor that is connected to said variable drive output with armored cable.
10 . An electrical device according to claim 1 further comprising health and status monitoring equipment connected to a satellite communication system.
11 . An electrical device according to claim 1 wherein said variable frequency drive further comprises an AC to DC module.
12 . An electrical device according to claim 11 further comprising a means for charging said high voltage battery bank from an intermittent AC power source.
13 . An electrical device according to claim 12 wherein said intermittent AC power source comprises an AC fossil fueled generator.
14 . An electrical device according to claim 12 wherein said intermittent AC power source comprises a water powered generator.
15 . An electrical device according to claim 12 wherein said intermittent AC power source comprises a wind powered generator.
16 . An electrical device according to claim 2 wherein said motor powers a pump jack.
17 . An electrical device according to claim 2 wherein said motor powers an electric vehicle's drive wheel.
18 . An electrical device according to claim 2 wherein said motor powers an electric vehicle's propeller.
19 . An electrical device according to claim 2 wherein said motor powers an electric vehicle's rotor.
