Abstract
The invention relates to a metering pump for a metering device for metered dispensing of a liquid, which can be connected to a storage container, comprising a cylindrical pump body and an actuation body.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A metering pump for a metering device for metered dispensing of a liquid, which can be connected to a storage container, said metering pump comprising:
a cylindrical pump body having a first hollow cylindrical pump body portion open in the direction of the storage container; and a second hollow cylindrical pump body portion, open in the direction of the actuation body; and an inner hollow cylinder that is open at both ends, mounted between the first and second pump body portions and is guided with respect to a piston and an actuation body which is connected to the pump body, wherein a sealing element for sealing the piston is disposed between an outside of the piston and an inside of the second hollow cylindrical pump body portion on the interior of the second hollow cylindrical pump body portion, and in that the inner hollow cylinder has, on its open end, in a direction of the storage container, a valve portion in which an inlet valve cooperates with a ball disposed in a valve seat.
2 . The metering pump according to claim 1 , wherein, in the valve portion, starting from the inside, support elements that extend in the longitudinal direction are disposed for upper path delimitation of the ball during actuation of the metering pump.
3 . The metering pump according to claim 2 , wherein at least one support element is provided in a wedge shape.
4 . The metering pump according to claim 1 , wherein the thickness of the walls of the valve portion is in the range of 0.2 to 1.0 mm.
5 . The metering pump according to claim 1 , wherein at least the region of the valve portion of the inner hollow cylinder and the valve seat and the support element are configured in one piece.
6 . The metering pump according to claim 5 , wherein at least the valve portion is injection molded.
7 . The metering pump according to claim 1 , wherein the ball has a coating.
8 . The metering pump according to claim 1 , wherein the sealing element is a sealing ring.
9 . The metering pump according to claim 1 , wherein the sealing element is at a spacing relative to the outside of the piston and has at least one lip, pointing in the direction of the piston.
10 . The metering pump according to claim 9 , wherein the scaling element has a U-profile and a leg of the U engages in a groove that is disposed on the inside of the hollow cylindrical pump body portion.
11 . The metering pump according to claim 1 , wherein the seating element consists of polyamide (PA), polyethyleneterephthalate (PET), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and/or polyurethane (PU) or comprises ond of more of these materials.
12 . The metering pump according to claim 1 , wherein a gasket is disposed internally between, on the one hand, the inner hollow cylinder and the cylindrical pump body portion and, on the other hand, the storage container.
13 . The metering pump according to claim 1 , wherein a spring is mounted on the piston and is supported in the interior of the inner hollow cylinder.Cited by (0)
