Toilet device, toilet seat assembly and anti-splashed assembly thereof

Abstract

An anti-splashed assembly is for being disposed on a toilet seat assembly which is pivoted to a platform of a toilet device. The toilet device includes a sink located on the platform. The toilet seat assembly includes a first pivot part and a seat. The seat is pivoted to the first pivot part. The anti-splashed assembly includes an anti-splashed shield pivoted on the platform of the toilet seat assembly. The seat is adapted to pivot relative to the first pivot part to have a first position and a second position. When the seat is at the first position, the anti-splashed shield is inside the sink. When the seat is pivoted from the first position to the second position, the anti-splashed shield is lifted from the sink to cover the first pivot part.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A toilet seat assembly for being disposed on a toilet bowl of a toilet device, the toilet bowl comprising a platform and a sink, the sink is located inside the platform, the toilet seat assembly comprising:
 a first pivot part disposed on the platform;   a seat pivoted to the first pivot part, the seat including a first surface and a second pivot part, the second pivot part being located on the first surface and adjacent to the first pivot part; and   an anti-splashed shield pivoted to the second pivot part;   wherein the seat is adapted to pivot relative to the first pivot part to have a first position and a second position, when the seat is at the first position, the anti-splashed shield is inside the sink, when the seat is pivoted from the first position to the second position, the anti-splashed shield is lifted form the sink to cover the first pivot part and the second pivot part.   
     
     
         2 . The toilet seat assembly according  claim 1 , further comprising a lid pivoted to the first pivot part, wherein the seat includes a second surface which is opposite to the first surface, and the lid faces the second surface. 
     
     
         3 . The toilet seat assembly according  claim 1 , wherein the anti-splashed shield comprises a main body and two extending portions, the main body is pivoted to the second pivot part, the two extending portions extends from two opposite ends of the main body along a rim of the sink. 
     
     
         4 . A toilet device, comprising:
 a toilet bowl including a platform and a sink, and the sink is located inside the platform; and   a toilet seat assembly disposed on the toilet bowl, and the toilet seat assembly comprising:
 a first pivot part disposed on the platform; 
 a seat pivoted to the first pivot part, the seat including a first surface and a second pivot part, the second pivot part being located on the first surface and adjacent to the first pivot part; and 
 an anti-splashed shield pivoted to the second pivot part; 
 wherein the seat is adapted to pivot relative to the first pivot part to have a first position and a second position, when the seat is at the first position, the anti-splashed shield is inside the sink, when the seat is pivoted from the first position to the second position, the anti-splashed shield is lifted from the sink to cover the first pivot part and the second pivot part. 
   
     
     
         5 . The toilet device according  claim 4 , further comprising a lid pivoted to the first pivot part, wherein the seat includes a second surface which is opposite to the first surface, and the lid faces the second surface. 
     
     
         6 . The toilet device according  claim 4 , wherein the anti-splashed shield comprises a main body and two extending portions, the main body is pivoted to the second pivot part, and the two extending portions extend from two opposite ends of the main body along a rim of the sink. 
     
     
         7 . An anti-splashed assembly for being disposed on a toilet seat assembly, the toilet seat assembly being pivoted to a platform of a toilet device, the toilet device including a sink located on the platform, the toilet seat assembly comprising a first pivot part and a seat, the seat being pivoted to the first pivot part, the anti-splashed assembly comprising:
 an anti-splashed shield pivoted on the platform of the toilet seat assembly, wherein the seat is adapted to pivot relative to the first pivot part to have a first position and a second position, when the seat is at the first position, the anti-splashed shield is inside the sink, when the seat is pivoted from the first position to the second position, the anti-splashed shield is lifted from the sink to cover the first pivot part.   
     
     
         8 . The anti-splashed assembly according  claim 7 , further comprising a second pivot part disposed on the seat, the anti-splashed shield being pivoted to the second pivot part, when the seat is at the second position, the anti-splashed shield covers the first pivot part and the second pivot part. 
     
     
         9 . The anti-splashed assembly according  claim 8 , further comprising a main body and two extending portions, the main body being pivoted to the second pivot part, and the two extending portions extending from two opposite ends of the main body along a rim of the sink. 
     
     
         10 . The anti-splashed assembly according  claim 9 , further comprising at least one leaning portion extending outwardly from the two extending portions, respectively, when the seat is at the first position, the at least one leaning portion is leaned against the rim of the sink.
