. The assembly of claim 1 wherein the shroud assembly includes at least first and second bent sheets of metal that form the central wall and the first and second additional walls.

. The assembly of claim 2 wherein the shroud assembly further includes curved portions between the central wall and each of the intermediate walls.

. The assembly of claim 3 wherein a substantially flat and rectilinear rear surface of the shroud assembly extends upward from the base member to the top edge of the central wall member.

. The assembly of claim 4 wherein the shroud assembly opens upwardly at a top end thereof.

. The assembly of claim 5 wherein at least portions of each of the first and second additional walls extend at substantially right angles away from the central wall.

. The assembly of claim 6 wherein at least portions of the upright frame structure are located within the receiving space.

. The assembly of claim 7 wherein the base extends forward of the support frame and the shroud assembly.

. The assembly of claim 8 wherein the base forms a substantially horizontal and rectangular top surface to a front side of the support frame.

. The assembly of claim 7 further including at least one shelf member supported by the support frame below the receiving space and extending in a forward direction away from the central wall.

. The assembly of claim 10 wherein at least portions of the first and second additional walls extend from the base to a top edge of the shroud assembly.

. The assembly of claim 10 further including a power receptacle supported by the support frame adjacent a top surface of the shelf member.

. The assembly of claim 1 further including a front panel, the front panel supported by the support frame and including at least a substantially rectangular central member extending upward from the base member substantially parallel to the central wall, at least a power cable passing between a rear surface of the central member and a front surface of the central wall with at least one end of the cable received in the receiving space for connection to a display mounted therein.

. The assembly of claim 13 wherein the base extends forward of the support frame and the front panel.

. The assembly of claim 14 wherein the base forms a substantially horizontal and rectangular top surface to a front side of the front panel.

. The assembly of claim 15 wherein the front panel is located within the receiving space.

. A monitor support assembly comprising:
