Clothing with charcoal systems

Abstract

A clothing with charcoal system includes a clothing garment assembly having an inner layer, an outer layer, a middle layer, and charcoal. The garment and the charcoal in combination form the clothing garment assembly. The inner layer, the outer layer, and the middle layer in combination form a garment for wear. The charcoal may be contained and interspersed in the middle layer, the middle layer located between the inner layer and the outer layer. Further, the middle layer is self-contained and is able to be removed to be replaced. The charcoal is directly sewn into the middle layer and absorbs odor. The inner layer is located adjacent a body of a wearer when the garment is worn. The charcoal is in relative proximity of the wearer when the garment is worn, the charcoal thereby able to suppress odor and sweat emitting from body of the wearer, and to limit bacteria and fungi.

What is claimed is new and desired to be protected by Letters Patent is set forth in the appended claims: 
     
         1 . A clothing with charcoal system comprising:
 a clothing garment assembly having;
 an inner layer; 
 an outer layer; 
 a middle layer; and 
 charcoal; 
   wherein said garment and said charcoal in combination form said clothing garment assembly;   wherein said inner layer, said outer layer, and said middle layer in combination form a garment for wear;   wherein said charcoal is contained and interspersed in said middle layer, said middle layer located between said inner layer and said outer layer;   wherein said inner layer is located adjacent a body of a wearer when said garment is worn;   wherein said charcoal is embedded in said clothing garment assembly; and   wherein said charcoal is in relative proximity of said wearer when said garment is worn, said charcoal thereby able to suppress odor and sweat emitting from a body of said wearer.   
     
     
         2 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said clothing with charcoal system serves to absorb said odor and said sweat. 
     
     
         3 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said charcoal is active. 
     
     
         4 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said middle layer is self-contained. 
     
     
         5 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said middle layer is able to be removed to be replaced. 
     
     
         6 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said clothing with charcoal system comprises a jacket. 
     
     
         7 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said garment comprises a vest. 
     
     
         8 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said garment comprises pants. 
     
     
         9 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said garment comprises a dress. 
     
     
         10 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said garment comprises a hat. 
     
     
         11 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said garment comprises a shirt. 
     
     
         12 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said garment comprises nightwear. 
     
     
         13 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said garment comprises a skirt. 
     
     
         14 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said garment comprises socks. 
     
     
         15 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said charcoal is granular. 
     
     
         16 . The clothing with charcoal system of  claim 1  wherein said charcoal is directly sewn into said middle layer. 
     
     
         17 . A clothing with charcoal system comprising:
 a clothing garment assembly having;
 an inner layer; 
 an outer layer; 
 a middle layer; and 
 charcoal; 
   wherein said garment and said charcoal in combination form said clothing garment assembly;   wherein said inner layer, said outer layer, and said middle layer in combination form a garment for wear;   wherein said charcoal is contained and interspersed in said middle layer, said middle layer located between said inner layer and said outer layer;   wherein said inner layer is located adjacent a body of a wearer when said garment is worn;   wherein said charcoal is embedded in said clothing garment assembly;   wherein said clothing with charcoal system serves to absorb said odor and sweat;   wherein said charcoal is active;   wherein said middle layer is self-contained;   wherein said middle layer is able to be removed to be replaced;   wherein said charcoal is granular;   wherein said charcoal is directly sewn into said middle layer;   wherein said clothing with charcoal system comprises a jacket; and   wherein said charcoal is in relative proximity of said wearer when said garment is worn, said charcoal thereby able to suppress odor and sweat emitting from body of said wearer.   
     
     
         18 . A kit including garments for comprising a clothing-line having imbedded charcoal including:
 shirt(s);   pant(s);   nightwear;   hat(s);   face mask(s);   glove(s);   vest(s);   jacket(s);   legging(s);   dress(es);   skirts;   socks; and   a set of instructions for use.
