Abstract
The present invention is directed to novel polypeptides and to nucleic acid molecules encoding those polypeptides. Also provided herein are vectors and host cells comprising those nucleic acid sequences, chimeric polypeptide molecules comprising the polypeptides of the present invention fused to heterologous polypeptide sequences, antibodies which bind to the polypeptides of the present invention and to methods for producing the polypeptides of the present invention.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Isolated nucleic acid having at least 80% nucleic acid sequence identity to:
(a) a nucleotide sequence encoding the polypeptide shown in FIG. 2 (SEQ ID NO:2), FIG. 4 (SEQ ID NO:4), FIG. 6 (SEQ ID NO:6), FIG. 8 (SEQ ID NO:8), FIG. 12 (SEQ ID NO:12), FIG. 14 (SEQ ID NO:14), FIG. 16 (SEQ ID NO:16), or FIG. 18 (SEQ ID NO:18); (b) a nucleotide sequence encoding the polypeptide shown in FIG. 2 (SEQ ID NO:2), FIG. 4 (SEQ ID NO:4), FIG. 6 (SEQ ID NO:6), FIG. 8 (SEQ ID NO:8), FIG. 12 (SEQ ID NO:12), FIG. 14 (SEQ ID NO:14), FIG. 16 (SEQ ID NO:16), or FIG. 18 (SEQ ID NO:18), lacking its associated signal peptide; (c) a nucleotide sequence encoding an extracellular domain of the polypeptide shown in FIG. 2 (SEQ ID NO:2), FIG. 4 (SEQ ID NO:4), FIG. 6 (SEQ ID NO:6), FIG. 8 (SEQ ID NO:8), FIG. 12 (SEQ ID NO:12), FIG. 14 (SEQ ID NO:14), FIG. 16 (SEQ ID NO:16), or FIG. 18 (SEQ ID NO:18), with its associated signal peptide; or (d) a nucleotide sequence encoding an extracellular domain of the polypeptide shown in FIG. 2 (SEQ ID NO:2), FIG. 4 (SEQ ID NO:4), FIG. 6 (SEQ ID NO:6), FIG. 8 (SEQ ID NO:8), FIG. 12 (SEQ ID NO:12), FIG. 14 (SEQ ID NO:14), FIG. 16 (SEQ ID NO:16), or FIG. 18 (SEQ ID NO:18), lacking its associated signal peptide.
