Abstract

Disclosed is a rotating shelf structure for a showcase, which is positioned in the showcase casing and is adapted to allow easy supplementation, from the outside, of a sold product by rotating a shelf that has products placed on display thereon such that a first-in first-out arrangement is possible, and which additionally minimises the weight of the shelf itself while being durable and involves a structure allowing smooth cold-air circulation while the rotation is also smooth. The shelf structure of the present invention comprises: a base plate on which is formed a blocking wall for preventing, inter alia, the inflow of extraneous material and the like; a pillar frame which is formed split between a first pillar and a second pillar in order to minimise weight and also for reduction of raw materials and ease of assembly, and is formed so as to have cut-away parts for assembly; a lower plate and an upper plate formed so as to have insertion recesses so as to join to the upper and lower ends of the pillar frame; a securing member wherein the upper part of a support is opened so as to easily axially support and join the upper plate; and a display tray which is arranged so as to be assembled after having been formed split in such a way as to be able to carry a roller member for displaying products while having joined thereto securing pins hooking at either end into securing recesses formed in the first pillar and securing recesses formed in the second pillar of the pillar frame, and which is improved in such a way as to be able to minimise weight, allow smooth cold-air circulation and avoid contact with cabinet wall surfaces during rotation.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A rotating-type shelf structure of showcases in which installed for rotation are a cabinet ( 11 ) to provide a space to display goods at refrigerating and freezing conditions, a showcase ( 1 ) equipped with a door ( 12 ) to open/close the opening part for display and sale of goods, and a shelf structure ( 100 ) to enable the first-in first-out of goods displayed inside the cabinet ( 11 ) of the showcase ( 1 ), in which the shelf structure ( 100 ) contains;
 a base plate ( 2 ) to form a barrier ( 22 ) by installing at a center a bottom axis ( 21 ) fixed on the floor inside the cabinet ( 11 ) and bending in the vertical direction the boundary part in a circular form, a bottom plate ( 3 ) with

       form on which a bushing ( 31 ) inserted into the bottom axis ( 21 ) of the base plate ( 2 ) is installed, a plurality of ball castors ( 32 ) are installed at the bottom to assist in the rotation, the boundary part is bended in the perpendicular direction, and an insertion grooves ( 33 ) are drilled at the front and rear of both ends,
 a top plate ( 5 ) on which a bushing ( 51 ) is installed at the top in response to the bottom plate ( 3 ), the boundary part is bended in the perpendicular direction, and the insertion grooves ( 33 ) are drilled at the front and rear of both ends,
 a pillar frame ( 4 ) which forms the a plurality of cut parts ( 41 ′,  42 ′) to insert the bottom and bottom ends into the insertion groove ( 33 ) of the bottom plate ( 3 ) and the insertion groove ( 52 ) of the top plate ( 5 ), divides into No. 1 pillar ( 4   a ) and No. 2 pillar ( 4   b ) bended in

       form while forming a plurality of fixing grooves ( 41 , 42 ) in the vertical direction, and both ends of the bottom plate ( 3 ) and top plate ( 5 ) are fixed at the top and bottom parts,
 a fixing member ( 6 ) wherein an upper part of supports ( 63 ) is opened so that a fixing plate ( 62 ) equipped with a top axis ( 61 ) which is inserted into the bushing ( 51 ) fixed to the upper plate ( 5 ) can be connected after being inserted to the upper part of the upper part of supports ( 63 ) which is split so as to fix on the walls of both sides of the cabinet ( 11 ),
 a display frame ( 7 ) which has the polygonal shape so as to display the goods by mounting a roller member ( 8 ′) and is comprised of;
 a fixing plate ( 72 ) both ends of which to the fixing grooves ( 41 ,  42 ) formed at No. 1 pillar  4   a ) and No. 2 pillar ( 4   b ) of the pillar frame ( 4 ),
 a front frame ( 73 ) and a rear frame ( 74 ) both ends of which are exposed by inserting the fixing plate ( 72 ),
 a guide plate ( 75 ) which fixes the front frame ( 73 ) and the rear frame ( 74 ) while maintaining the gap with them and has a vertical wall ( 751 ) to prevent goods from breaking away, a support frame ( 76 ) which is fixed in a middle of the guide plate ( 75 ), and a corner-cut rear plate ( 77 ) which leans forward the center of rotation so that the corner of the front frame ( 73 ) may not contact the wall of the cabinet during the rotation while it fixes to the rear frame ( 74 ) so as to rotate without contacting the wall of the cabinet.

         2 . The rotating-type shelf structure of showcases according to  claim 1 , wherein the display frame ( 7 ) is constructed without using the rear frame ( 77 ) by combining a hitch groove ( 752 ) drilled on the bottom surface of the guide plate ( 75 ) of the display frame ( 7 ), with the bump ( 91 ) of a clip ( 9 ) fixed to the fixing grooves ( 41 ,  42 ) formed at No. 1 pillar  4   a ) and No. 2 pillar ( 4   b ) of the pillar frame ( 4 ).
