Abstract

The objective of this invention is to enable a rapid construction of affordable, disaster-resistant real estate structures. Inventors present a building block construction of an ornamental shape and design as described herein, a corresponding interlock system, and a method of assembling novel structural elements and elements of known design into a cohesive building structure. The novel construction blocks, interlocks and panels form a cooperatively organized communicating chamber for receiving a cement-based substance, for example a cement-based concrete or mortar mixture, hence comprising a monolithic building structure.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A building construction method and system comprising:
 A building construction block of an ornamental shape and design, comprising:
 A) interconnected four lateral walls forming a space opening to allow penetration of a cement-based substance, whereas said walls are adapted to provide for a required building geometry;
 B) at least one upper interlock channel and at least one lower interlock channel adapted to allow an installation of interlocks, whereas said channels located peripherally of said space opening and across the walls' edges, and adapted to provide for a required building geometry;

         2 . The building construction panel according to claim 1 further comprising:
 C) interconnected four lateral walls, wherein each said wall has at least one space opening adapted to support a pending interlock and adapted to allow penetration of a cement-based substance, and has at least one upper interlock channel and at least one lower interlock channel adapted to allow an installation of interlocks, and said walls and said channels are adapted to provide for a required building geometry;
 D) an interconnected fifth lateral wall to which said four lateral walls are mounted perpendicularly, whereas said fifth wall has at least one space opening adapted to support a pending interlock and to allow penetration of a cement-based substance, and said wall is adapted to provide for a required building geometry;

         3 . An interlock element configured to act as a wedge member to connect and securely hold two or more blocks and panels in proper alignment.

         4 . The interlock set forth in  claim 3  has at least one bend adapted to lock a positioning of a block or a panel in relation to other blocks and panels;

         5 . A fastener adapted to interconnect blocks and panels vertically and to anchor roof elements into a foundation elements to form a cohesive building structure, said fastener comprising
 A) a base footing comprising an anchor which includes a plurality of through space openings located over a base and adapted to allow penetration of a cement-based substance;   B) a shaft attached to a base footing, whereas said shaft includes at least one spine adapted to be incorporated into a cement-based substance;   C) A placeholder which includes a frame and a cradle for the shaft set forth in  claim 5 , whereas said placeholder is adapted to wedge the fastener set forth in  claim 5  and to be incorporated into a cement-based substance;

         6 . A connector adapted to be attached to the fastener according to claim 5 which comprises an element adapted to connect the spine according to claim 5 to a continuous element of a building.

         7 . A method of assembling the blocks according to claim 1 , and the panels according to claim 2 , and the interlocks according to claim 3 , and the fasteners according claim 5 into a building structure, comprising
 A) Interconnecting the blocks set forth in  claim 1 , and the panels set forth in  claim 2 , and the interlocks set forth in  claim 3 , and the fasteners set forth in  claim 5  with a plurality of structural elements of presently known designs;
 B) Encoding the blocks set forth in claim 1 , and the panels set forth in claim 2 , and the interlocks set forth in claim 3 , and the fasteners set forth in claim 5 , and each presently known structural element in accordance with an encoding order based on a predetermined encoding technique of using unit codes.
