Abstract
The invention relates to a fireworks bomb structure and manufacturing method thereof comprising a cover combining with an upper shell and an lower shell to form a filing chamber for accommodating effect fire powder, a sealing body combining with a base and the lower shell to form a propulsive chamber for accommodating launch powder which is interconnected to the filing chamber, and a long internal fuse with powder at both ends respectively extending to the filing chamber and propulsive chamber; thus the present invention provides a modular combination for easily filling the launch powder and effect fire powder respectively into the chambers by reversing a mold, achieving effects of timed detonation, manufacturing convenient and target accuracy.

1 . A fireworks bomb structure, comprising:
a lower shell being a semicircular body with an upward opening and having an annular concave portion at an upper periphery thereof, an lower annular groove at an external periphery thereof and a long hollow tube at a bottom thereof; a long internal fuse having powder at both ends thereof and inserted into the long hollow tube for a top end thereof and a bottom end thereof respectively projecting at an upper end and a lower end of the long hollow tube; a base being a hollow circular body, an upper periphery thereof corresponding to the lower annular groove having an annular flange expanded from the inside out for engaging the base with the lower shell and the base having a first fuse hole at a bottom periphery thereof; an upper shell being a semicircular body with a downward opening, a lower periphery thereof corresponding to the annular concave portion having an annular flange portion for engaging the upper shell with the lower shell to form a ball-shaped casing and the upper shell having a filing hole thereon; a cover sealing the filing hole and combining with the upper shell and the lower shell to form a filing chamber for accommodating effect fire powder; an external fuse fixed into the first fuse hole for an end thereof being in the base and another end thereof being outside the base; and a sealing body sealing a bottom of the base and combining with the base and the lower shell to form a propulsive chamber for accommodating launch powder.

The fireworks bomb structure thereof as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cover a rounded body has a handle portion at an upper surface thereof; a lower surface thereof corresponding to the filling hole has a sealing portion and an upper annular groove is arranged between an external periphery of the filling hole and an external periphery of the upper shell for inserting the cover.
3 . The fireworks bomb structure as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the handle portion of the cover has a second fuse hole.
4 . The fireworks bomb structure as claimed in claim 3 , further comprising a canister launcher being a hollow cylinder body for placing the fireworks bomb structure.
5 . A manufacturing method of the fireworks bomb structure as claimed in claim 1 , comprising the steps of:
a) providing a lower shell being a semicircular body with an upward opening and having an annular concave portion at an upper periphery thereof, an lower annular groove at an external periphery thereof and a long hollow tube at a bottom thereof; b) providing a long internal fuse inserted into the long hollow tube for a top end thereof and a bottom end thereof respectively projecting at an upper end and a lower end of the long hollow tube, mixing toluene solvent, rubber powder and silt to coat on a gap between the internal fuse and the hollow tube for fixing the internal fuse to the hollow tube and then coating powder at both ends of the internal fuse; c) providing a hollow circular base having an annular flange expanded from the inside at an upper periphery thereof and a first fuse hole at a bottom periphery thereof and then mixing toluene, banana oil and lacquer thinner to coat on a gap between the annular flange and the lower annular groove for combining the annular flange and the lower annular groove and further for engaging the base with the lower shell; d) providing an upper shell being a semicircular body with a downward opening and having filing hole thereon and a lower periphery thereof corresponding to the annular concave portion having an annular flange portion for the upper shell engaging with the lower shell to form a ball-shaped casing; e) providing a first mold with a plurality of first through holes and a second mold with a plurality of second through holes respectively arranged at a bottom of the base and a top of the ball-shaped casing, respectively aligning centerlines of the first through hole and the second through hole with centerlines of the base and the ball-shaped casing to combine the first mold with the second mold for fixing the base and the ball-shaped casing respectively in the first through hole and second through hole, utilizing a quantitative hole of a quantitative board aligning with the filling hole to fill effect fire powder into the ball-shaped casing and then coating toluene on a gap between the cover and the filling hole to seal the filling hole and thus the upper shell, the lower shell and the cover combines together to form a filing chamber for accommodating the effect fire powder; f) providing a fixed board matched with the rounded cover and combining with the first mold to fix the base and the ball-shaped casing, inverting the first mold and second mold for the opening of the base being upward, loading launch powder in the base through the quantitative hole of the quantitative board, removing the second mold and the fixed board and then fixing the external fuse into the first fuse hole for an end thereof being in the base and another end thereof being outside the base; and g) providing a sealing body sealing the opening of the base and combining the base and the lower shell to form a propulsive chamber for accommodating the launch powder.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
