Carcass rail for a guiding device, guiding apparatus, item of furniture and method for producing a carcass rail
Abstract
A carcass rail for a guiding device, by way of which a movable furniture part during opening and/or closing is guidable on a furniture carcass of an item of furniture. The carcass rail has a cross sectional profile including several even profile portions extending along a longitudinal axis of the carcass rail, wherein at least two of the profile portions are connected by means of a bending edge which extends along the longitudinal axis. A side profile portion of the cross sectional profile is mounted on a side wall portion in the furniture carcass. At least one free-standing mounting strap for connecting to the side wall portion of the furniture carcass is connected integrally and continuously to the side profile portion and extends over a portion of the longitudinal axis of the carcass rail. In addition, a method for producing the carcass rail is disclosed.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A carcass rail for a guiding device, by way of which a movable furniture part during opening and closing is guidable on a furniture carcass of an item of furniture, said carcass rail having a cross sectional profile which has several even profile portions which extend along a longitudinal axis of the carcass rail, wherein in each case two of the profile portions are connected together by means of a bending edge which extends along the longitudinal axis, and wherein a side profile portion is a side portion of the cross sectional profile which in the mounted state is provided for arrangement on a side wall portion of the furniture carcass, wherein at least one free-standing mounting strap for assembly on the side wall portion of the furniture carcass is connected integrally and continuously to the side profile portion and extends over a portion of the longitudinal axis of the carcass rail.
2 . The carcass rail according to claim 1 , wherein the mounting strap stands out freely on a top edge of the first profile portion.
3 . The carcass rail according to claim 1 , wherein the mounting strap is connected to the remaining carcass rail by means of at least one bending edge.
4 . The carcass rail according to claim 1 , wherein the mounting strap is arranged on a laterally protruding region of a center profile portion of the carcass rail when the carcass rail is mounted on a carcass of an item of furniture.
5 . The carcass rail according to claim 4 , wherein the center profile portion in the first part portion, on which the mounting strap is mounted, is widened at right angles to the longitudinal axis.
6 . The carcass rail according to claim 1 , wherein the mounting strap extends along the longitudinal axis over a maximum of half the length of the carcass rail.
7 . The carcass rail according to claim 1 , wherein with reference to the longitudinal axis, the mounting strap is located in a front end region of the carcass rail which is provided for arrangement in the front region of the furniture carcass.
8 . The carcass rail according to claim 1 , wherein the mounting strap is arranged plane-parallel to one of the profile portions.
9 . The carcass rail according to claim 8 , wherein the mounting strap is arranged plane-parallel to the side portion.
10 . The carcass rail according to claim 1 , wherein the profile portion which includes the mounting strap has a channel-like arch which extends transversely to the longitudinal axis.
11 . The carcass rail according to claim 10 , wherein the profile portion which includes the mounting strap has a channel-like arch which extends at right angles to the longitudinal axis.
12 . The carcass rail according to claim 1 , wherein at least one mounting element is located on the mounting strap.
13 . The carcass rail according to claim 12 , wherein the mounting element is a hole for screw-fastening.
14 . The carcass rail according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of an offset and a bend is positioned on a connection between the mounting strap and the remaining carcass rail.
15 . A guiding apparatus for a displaceable furniture part for movement guidance on a furniture carcass, wherein the guiding apparatus includes a carcass rail according to claim 1 .
16 . An item of furniture having a carcass rail according to claim 1 .
17 . A method for producing a carcass rail according to claim 1 , wherein a sheet metal plate, from which the carcass rail is formed is separated out from a metal sheet, wherein the mounting strap is bent off from a sheet portion of the sheet metal plate which is provided as a profile portion.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
