Abstract

The DISTRIBUTIVE ON-DEMAND ADMINISTRATIVE TASKING APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS (“DODAT™ embodiments”), in many embodiments, transform ticket and user inputs via DODAT™ components into payment and work product outputs.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method for managing payments within a transportation booking system, comprising:
 a) receiving payment input from a customer via processor to purchase a ticket for travel from a first location to a second location from a carrier;   b) distributing the ticket to the customer for executing the travel,   c) receiving complaint information via processor from the customer, the complaint information describing a complaint related to at least one of (i) the ticket and (ii) the travel,   d) generating a distributive on demand administrative task ticket for resolving the complaint; and   e) forwarding the complaint to an administrative service provider to resolve the complaint.   
     
     
         2 . A method for operating a distributive on demand administrative tasking system, comprising:
 a) receiving invoice information via processor, the invoice information describing a payment required to satisfy the invoice;   b) receiving payment information via processor, the payment information describing a payment for satisfying the invoice;   c) comparing the invoice information to the payment information to determine if the amount of the payment is sufficient to satisfy the invoice;   d) generating a distributive on demand administrative task ticket if the payment is insufficient to satisfy the invoice; and   e) posting the distributive on demand administrative task ticket in a queue on a distributive on demand administrative tasking server, the queue and distributive on demand administrative task ticket being available for selection by at least one administrative service provider.   
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 2 , further comprising:
 a) forwarding the distributive on demand administrative task ticket to the at least one administrative service provider for execution; and   b) receiving completion information from the at least one administrative service provider, the completion information indicating that the distributive on demand administrative task is complete.   
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 3 , further comprising:
 a) receiving further payment information via processor, the further payment information describing the provision of further funds for satisfying the invoice; and   b) comparing the invoice information to the payment information and further payment information to determine if sufficient funds have been received to satisfy the invoice.   
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 4 , wherein the comparing step generates a sufficient funds condition indicating that sufficient funds have been received to satisfy the invoice; and further wherein the method further includes issuing payment for the invoice. 
     
     
         6 . The method of  claim 4 , wherein:
 a) the comparing step generates an insufficient funds condition indicating that insufficient funds have been received to satisfy the invoice; and   b) the method further includes:
 i) generating a second distributive on demand administrative task ticket containing information relating to resolving the insufficient funds condition; and 
 ii) posting the second distributive on demand administrative task ticket in the queue on the distributive on demand administrative tasking server, the queue and distributive on demand administrative task ticket being available for selection by the at least one service provider. 
   
     
     
         7 . The method of  claim 2 , wherein the invoice relates to at least one of: (i) payment for shipment of goods, (ii) trade services (iii) legal services, (iv) investment services and (v) administrative services. 
     
     
         8 . The method of  claim 2 , further comprising logging each instance a distributive on demand administrative task ticket is generated for a first agent responsible for generating invoices or providing payment information. 
     
     
         9 . The method of  claim 8 , further comprising preparing and sending an alert to an administrator of the distributive on demand administrative tasking system if the number of tickets attributable to the first agent exceeds a threshold. 
     
     
         10 . The method of  claim 9 , wherein the threshold is determined by performing a comparison of the number of tickets attributable to the first agent with an average number of tickets attributable to each of a plurality of agents. 
     
     
         11 . The method of  claim 10 , further comprising generating a graphical representation of the comparison and displaying the comparison to the administrator. 
     
     
         12 . A method for issuing a legal violation notice, comprising:
 a) receiving a message including legal violation information from a first party via processor, the legal violation information including (i) an indication that a legal violation has occurred and (ii) the geographic coordinates of the physical origin of the legal violation information;   b) parsing the legal violation information;   c) extracting at least a portion of the legal violation information from the message;   d) analyzing the extracted legal violation information to identify a second party responsible for the legal violation; and   e) issuing a legal violation notice to the second party.   
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 12 , wherein the legal violation information includes a visual representation of a vehicle parked illegally and image information of identification information of the vehicle, and wherein the method further includes analyzing the image to identify the vehicle, and wherein the legal violation is issued to the owner of the vehicle. 
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein the geographic coordinates are used to identify the location of the illegally parked vehicle. 
     
     
         15 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein the visual representation includes at least one of (i) a still photograph and (ii) a digital video. 
     
     
         16 . The method of  claim 12 , wherein the legal violation information relates to a moving traffic violation, and wherein the legal violation information includes a visual representation of a moving vehicle engaged in illegal activity and identification information of the vehicle, and wherein the method further includes analyzing the image to identify the vehicle, and wherein the legal violation is issued to the owner of the vehicle. 
     
     
         17 . The method of  claim 16 , wherein the legal violation information relates to at least one of: (i) running a red light (ii) changing lanes without signaling (iii) driving under the influence of alcohol, (iv) driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and (v) speeding. 
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 15 , wherein the visual representation includes at least one of (i) a still photograph and (ii) a digital video. 
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 12 , wherein the legal violation information relates to violation of a law or regulation. 
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 12 , wherein the legal violation information relates to at least one of: (i) unlawful trespassing, (ii) a violent crime, (iii) violation of a court order, (iv) a public nuisance, (v) property damage, (vi) a zoning violation, (vii) littering, (viii) domestic violence and (ix) abuse of a minor. 
     
     
         21 . The method of  claim 12 , wherein the message including legal violation information is generated and sent by way of a smartphone or a tablet. 
     
     
         22 . The method of  claim 12 , wherein the legal violation notice is issued to the second party by electronic means.
