Abstract
The bottle cap, this invention, is designed to be suitable for the container necks of different size. As recommended, the bottle cap with two connection sections may be assembled in the container necks showing the different sizes of 26.78 MM and 28.0 MM.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 18 . (canceled)
19 . A bottle cap comprising a body provided with a plurality of connection sections at an interior side, the connection sections including a top connection section with a screw thread suitable for a relatively narrower container neck and a bottom connection section with a screw thread suitable for a relatively bigger container neck, wherein when the bottle cap is connected to a container with the relatively bigger container neck, the top connection section is positioned in the place to wrap the screw thread of top container neck, and the bottom connection section is engaged with the screw thread of bottom container neck.
20 . A bottle cap according to claim 19 , wherein the top connection section has screw threads designed to be caught and fixed by the screw thread of container neck of 26.78 mm.
21 . A bottle cap according to claim 19 , wherein the bottom connection section has screw threads designed to be caught and fixed by the screw thread of container neck of 28.00 mm without influencing the operation of screw thread of the container neck of 26.78 mm.
22 . A bottle cap according to claim 19 , wherein the bottom section formed at the bottom of the body of the bottle cap is adapted to be assembled to wrap around a frame together with a skirt remaining in a skirt catching jaw of the container.
23 . A bottle cap according to claim 19 , wherein the bottom section formed at the bottom of the body of the bottle cap is adapted to be assembled to wrap a skirt remaining in a skirt catching jaw of the container.
24 . A bottle cap according to claim 19 , wherein the bottom section formed at the bottom of the body of the bottle cap is adapted to be assembled to wrap a skirt of the container.
25 . A bottle cap according to claim 19 , wherein the bottom connection section may be positioned in the bottom space without touching the screw thread of container neck, when the bottle cap is assembled at the container neck.
26 . A bottle cap according to claim 19 , wherein when the bottle cap is assembled at the container neck, the bottom connection section may be positioned in the bottom space without touching the screw thread of container neck, and the bottom section formed at the bottom of the body of the bottle cap may be assembled to wrap around a frame or a skirt.
27 . A bottle cap adapted to be assembled to a beverage container after removing an original cap of the container with necks of 26.78 mm and 28.0 mm, including a body with connection sections at an interior side thereof corresponding to the bottle necks of 26.78 mm and 28.0 mm, wherein the connection sections include a top connection section with a screw thread suitable for the container neck of 26.78 mm and a bottom connection section with a screw thread suitable for a container neck of 28.0 mm, and wherein when the bottle cap is assembled to the relatively bigger container neck, the top connection section is positioned in the place to wrap the screw thread of top container neck, and the bottom connection section is engaged with the screw thread of bottom container neck.
28 . A bottle cap according to claim 27 , wherein the bottle cap includes a bottom section with a bottom space so that the bottom section may be assembled to wrap the skirt remaining in a skirt catching jaw of the container.
29 . A bottle cap according to claim 27 , wherein the bottle cap includes a bottom section with a bottom space so that the bottom section may be assembled to wrap the skirt remaining in the container and a round frame of the container.
31 . A bottle cap comprising a body provided with a plurality of connection sections at an interior side, the connection sections including a top connection section with a screw thread suitable for a relatively narrower container neck and a bottom connection section with a screw thread suitable for a relatively bigger container neck, wherein when the bottle cap is connected to a container with the relatively narrower container neck, the bottom connection section is positioned in the bottom space to wrap the screw thread of the container neck, and the top connection section is engaged with the screw thread of the container neck.
32 . A bottle cap comprising a body provided with a plurality of connection sections at an interior side, the connection sections including a top connection section with a screw thread suitable for a relatively narrower container neck and a bottom connection section with a screw thread suitable for a relatively bigger container neck, wherein when the bottle cap is connected to a container with the relatively bigger container neck, the top connection section is positioned to wrap the screw thread of top container neck, and the bottom connection section is engaged with the screw thread of bottom container neck, wherein when the bottle cap is connected to a container with the relatively narrower container neck, the bottom connection section is positioned in the bottom space to wrap the screw thread of the container neck, and the top connection section is engaged with the screw thread of the narrower bottom container neck.Cited by (0)
