Abstract
A scroll compressor and a sealing method and sealing arrangement for a mid-pressure chamber thereof are provided. The scroll compressor includes: a scroll compressor shell; a housing, mounted inside the scroll compressor shell; a fixed scroll, fixed onto the housing; an orbiting scroll, supported on the housing and cooperating with the fixed scroll; a driving mechanism, located between the orbiting scroll and the housing and connected to the orbiting scroll to drive the orbiting scroll to orbit; and a mid-pressure chamber, which is a cavity surrounded by a hub of the orbiting scroll and a part of the housing and which is sealed by two sealing members.

19 . A scroll compressor, comprising:
a scroll compressor shell; a housing, mounted inside the scroll compressor shell; a fixed scroll, fixed onto the housing; an orbiting scroll, supported on the housing and cooperating with the fixed scroll; a driving mechanism, located between the orbiting scroll and the housing, and connected with the orbiting scroll to drive the orbiting scroll to orbit; and a mid-pressure chamber, being a cavity surrounded by a hub of the orbiting scroll and a part of the housing, and wherein the mid-pressure chamber is sealed by two sealing members.
20 . The scroll compressor according to claim 19 , wherein,
the two sealing members are disposed on the housing.
21 . The scroll compressor according to claim 20 , wherein,
a first sealing member of the two sealing members is located at a position where an outer end of a lower surface of a main body of the orbiting scroll is in contact with a first part at an upper portion of the housing, and a second sealing member of the two sealing members is located at a position where a bottom of the hub of the orbiting scroll is in contact with a second part at a lower portion of the housing.
22 . The scroll compressor according to claim 21 , wherein,
the first sealing member is located in a groove in the first part of the housing, and the second sealing member is located in a groove in the second part of the housing.
23 . The scroll compressor according to claim 22 , wherein,
the first sealing member is an elastic rubber sealing ring or a Teflon sealing ring; and/or the second sealing member is an elastic rubber sealing ring or a Teflon sealing ring.
24 . The scroll compressor according to claim 22 , wherein,
the first sealing member is C-shaped or X-shaped; and/or the second sealing member is C-shaped or X-shaped.
25 . The scroll compressor according to claim 20 , wherein,
the scroll compressor is a high-side compressor.
26 . A method for sealing a mid-pressure chamber of a scroll compressor, comprising:
sealing the mid-pressure chamber by using two sealing members, the mid-pressure chamber being a cavity surrounded by a hub of an orbiting scroll of the scroll compressor and a part of a housing of the scroll compressor.
27 . The method according to claim 26 , wherein,
the two sealing members are disposed on the housing.
28 . The method according to claim 27 , wherein,
a first sealing member of the two sealing members is located at a position where an outer end of a lower surface of a main body of the orbiting scroll is in contact with a first part at an upper portion of the housing, and a second sealing member of the two sealing members is located at a position where a bottom of the hub of the orbiting scroll is in contact with a second part at a lower portion of the housing.
29 . The method according to claim 28 , wherein,
the first sealing member is located in a groove in the first part of the housing, and the second sealing member is located in a groove in the second part of the housing.
30 . The method according to claim 29 , wherein,
the first sealing member is an elastic rubber sealing ring or a Teflon sealing ring; and/or the second sealing member is an elastic rubber sealing ring or a Teflon sealing ring.
31 . The method according to claim 28 , wherein,
the first sealing member is C-shaped or X-shaped; and the second sealing member is C-shaped or X-shaped.
32 . A sealing arrangement for sealing a mid-pressure chamber of a scroll compressor, comprising:
two sealing members, adapted to seal the mid-pressure chamber of the scroll compressor, wherein the mid-pressure chamber is a cavity surrounded by a hub of an orbiting scroll of the scroll compressor and a part of a housing of the scroll compressor.
33 . The sealing arrangement according to claim 31 , wherein,
the two sealing members comprises a first sealing member and a second sealing member; wherein the first sealing member is located at a position where an outer end of a lower surface of a main body of the orbiting scroll is in contact with a first part at an upper portion of the housing, and the second sealing member is located at a position where a bottom of the hub of the orbiting scroll is in contact with a second part at a lower portion of the housing.
34 . The sealing arrangement according to claim 33 , wherein the first sealing member is located in a groove in the first part of the housing, and the second sealing member is located in a groove in the second part of the housing.
35 . The sealing arrangement according to claim 34 , wherein,
the first sealing member is an elastic rubber sealing ring or a Teflon sealing ring; and/or the second sealing member is an elastic rubber sealing ring or a Teflon sealing ring.
36 . The sealing arrangement according to claim 34 , wherein,
the first sealing member is C-shaped or X-shaped; and/or the second sealing member is C-shaped or X-shaped.Cited by (0)
