Abstract

The present invention refers to a valved dispensing system for storing and dispensing products for household appliances, more particularly for vertical shaft washing machines. Said valve dispensing system ( 7 ) comprises at least one reservoir ( 70 ) for storing products cooperating with a washing compartment ( 6 ), at least one cover ( 80 ) cooperating with said at least one reservoir ( 70 ); at least one lower reservoir ( 90 ) downwardly cooperating with said at least one reservoir ( 70 ) and with the washing compartment ( 6 ), and at least one valve ( 100 ) comprising a perimetral structure ( 101 ) cooperating with at least one membrane ( 102 ), wherein a sealing element ( 102 ) cooperates with an orifice ( 72 ) of said reservoir ( 70 ), and wherein the definition of the opening time of said at least one orifice ( 72 ) of reservoir ( 70 ) through said at least one valve ( 100 ) is effected by means of a relationship between the characteristics of said is valve ( 100 ) and the rotation speed of the washing compartment ( 6 ).

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . Valved dispensing system for products in liquid form by inertial centrifugal action for household appliances, more specifically washing machines ( 1 ) comprising a housing ( 2 ) containing a fixed tank ( 3 ) cooperating with a movable basket ( 10 ) provided with a balancing device ( 11 ), wherein a movable tower ( 4 ) cooperates with said movable basket ( 10 ) in the interior of which a washing compartment ( 6 ) is defined, said valved dispensing system ( 7 ) comprising at least one reservoir ( 70 ) for storing products, cooperating with the washing compartment ( 6 ); at least one cover ( 80 ) cooperating with said at least one reservoir ( 70 ); and at least one lower reservoir ( 90 ) provided with at least one slit ( 91 ) cooperating with said at least one reservoir ( 70 ) and with said washing compartment ( 6 ), said valved dispensing system being CHARACTERIZED in that:
said at least one cover ( 80 ) comprises at least a lowered upper surface ( 81 ) containing an orifice ( 82 ) defined by a perimetral skirt ( 83 ) cooperating with an inner region of the reservoir ( 70 ); said at least one reservoir ( 70 ) comprises at least one orifice ( 72 ) on its rear wall ( 73 ); said valved dispensing system further comprises at least one valve ( 100 ) comprising a perimetral structure ( 101 ) cooperating with at least one membrane ( 102 ), wherein said valve ( 100 ) cooperates with orifice ( 72 ) of said reservoir ( 70 ); wherein the definition of the opening time of said at least one orifice ( 72 ) of the reservoir ( 70 ) by said at least one valve ( 100 ) is effected by means of a relationship between the features of said valve ( 100 ) and the rotation speed of the washing compartment ( 6 ).

2 . Valved dispensing system, in accordance with claim 1 , CHARACTERIZED by the fact that the perimetral structure ( 101 ) of valve ( 100 ) cooperates in an articulated way with said at least one membrane ( 102 ).

3 . Valved dispensing system, in accordance with claim 1 , CHARACTERIZED by the fact that said at least one reservoir ( 70 ) for storing products cooperates with the outer perimetral wall of said washing compartment ( 6 ).

4 . Valved dispensing system, in accordance with claim 1 , CHARACTERIZED by the fact that said at least one reservoir ( 70 ) for storing products cooperates with the central wall of the washing compartment ( 6 ).

5 . Valved dispensing system, in accordance with claim 1 , CHARACTERIZED by the fact that said at least one reservoir ( 70 ) for storing products cooperates with at least one support means removably cooperating with the central and outer perimetral walls of the washing compartment ( 6 ), with the movable tower ( 4 ) or with an agitator (A).

6 . Valved dispensing system, in accordance with claim 1 , CHARACTERIZED by the fact that said at least one reservoir ( 70 ) for storing products cooperates with the movable basket ( 10 ).

7 . Valved dispensing system, in accordance with claim 1 , CHARACTERIZED by the fact that said at least one reservoir ( 70 ) for storing products cooperates with said movable tower ( 4 ).

8 . Valved dispensing system, in accordance with claim 1 , CHARACTERIZED by the fact that said at least one reservoir ( 70 ) for storing products cooperates with the agitator (A).

9 . Valved dispensing system, in accordance with claim 1 , CHARACTERIZED by the fact that said at least one reservoir ( 70 ) for storing products cooperates with said balancing device ( 11 ) of the movable basket ( 10 ).

10 . Valved dispensing system, in accordance with claim 1 , CHARACTERIZED by the fact that the valved dispensing system ( 7 ) cooperates with the washing basket ( 6 ) by means of at least one of the following: solidary joining, fitting, interference, fixing with pressure elements or coupling with any fixation elements.
