Abstract
A shoe includes a sole, an upper and a light-emitting unit. The upper includes a main body that is connected to the sole and that cooperates with the sole to define a foot-receiving space, and an outer layer that is mounted on the main body and that cooperates with the main body to define an accommodating space having a opening. The outer layer has a light-transmissive portion. The light-emitting unit is accommodated in the accommodating space and is capable of emitting light to pass through the light-transmissive portion. The light-emitting unit is removable from the accommodating space through the opening.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A shoe comprising:
a sole; an upper including a main body that is connected to said sole and that cooperates with said sole to define a foot-receiving space, and an outer layer that is mounted on said main body and that cooperates with said main body to define an accommodating space having a opening, said outer layer having a light-transmissive portion; and a light-emitting unit accommodated in said accommodating space and being capable of emitting light to pass through said light-transmissive portion, said light-emitting unit being removable from said accommodating space through said opening.
2 . The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said light-transmissive portion of said outer layer has at least one through hole for passage of light emitted from said light-emitting unit therethrough.
3 . The shoe as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said light-transmissive portion of said outer layer has a plurality of said through holes.
4 . The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said light-emitting unit includes a light-guiding strip, an LED capable of emitting light toward said light-guiding strip, a power supply, and a switch electrically connecting said LED and said power supply, the light emitted from said LED being guided by said light-guiding strip and passing through said light-transmissive portion.
5 . The shoe as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said light-guiding strip of said light-emitting unit has a strip body and a pattern unit formed on said strip body.
6 . The shoe as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said light-guiding strip of said light-emitting unit has a strip body and a clip connected to said strip body for fastening said light-emitting unit onto said outer layer.
7 . The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said opening of said accommodating space faces an upward direction.
8 . The shoe as claimed in claim 7 , wherein said upper further includes a lift cap for openably closing said opening.
9 . The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said upper further includes a light-transmissive protective layer sandwiched between said outer layer and said light-emitting unit.
10 . The shoe as claimed in claim 9 , wherein said protective layer is made of a waterproof material.Cited by (0)
