Abstract

Disclosed are a communication method and device in a wireless communication system, the communication method comprising: a base station in the communication system determines, according to the current system configuration of the communication system, the category of an enhanced control channel element configuration in an enhanced physical downlink control channel, the enhanced control channel element configuration comprising the number of resource elements in each enhanced control channel element, and the number of enhanced control channel elements in each physical resource block pair, and the enhanced control channel element configuration is classified into a plurality of categories respectively corresponding to the different system configurations of the communication system; and notifying a terminal node in the communication system of the information related to the determined category of the enhanced control channel element configuration.

         43 . A communication device, comprising:
 processing circuitry, configured to   determine a plurality of resource elements available for enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH) transmission based on reference signals; and   determine a configuration of ePDCCH for a specific terminal from a plurality of ePDCCH configurations,   wherein each ePDCCH comprises a number of enhanced control channel elements (eCCEs) mapped to one physical resource block (PRB) pair in a localized way or more than one PRB pair in a distributed way, and the configuration of ePDCCH comprises a configuration of number of eCCEs in the ePDCCH.   
     
     
         44 . The communication device according to  claim 43 , wherein the communication device is a base station, and the communication device further comprises transmitting circuitry configured to transmit, to the specific terminal, the ePDCCH based on the configuration of ePDCCH, and transmit information indicating a mapping way of the eCCE to PRB pair. 
     
     
         45 . The communication device according to  claim 43 , wherein the processing circuitry is further configured to exclude resource elements occupied by the reference signals from the plurality of resource elements. 
     
     
         46 . The communication device according to  claim 44 , wherein the processing circuitry is further configured to dynamically determine the configuration of ePDCCH, and the transmitting circuitry is further configured to transmit a signaling informing the configuration of ePDCCH to the specific terminal. 
     
     
         47 . The communication device according to  claim 43 , wherein the processing circuitry is further configured to determine the configuration of ePDCCH based on a predetermined relationship between each ePDCCH configuration and system configuration. 
     
     
         48 . The communication device according to  claim 43 , wherein the processing circuitry is further configured to determine a classification of eCCE in the ePDCCH, a size of eCCE is different in different classifications. 
     
     
         49 . A communication device, comprising:
 processing circuitry, configured to   determine a plurality of candidate resource elements for enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH) based on reference signals; and   demodulate ePDCCH on the candidate resource elements based on a plurality of ePDCCH configurations,   wherein each ePDCCH comprises a number of enhanced control channel elements (eCCEs) mapped to one physical resource block (PRB) pair in a localized way or more than one PRB pair in a distributed way, and the configuration of ePDCCH comprises a configuration of number of eCCEs in the ePDCCH.

The communication device according to  claim 49 , wherein the communication device is a terminal, and the communication device further comprises receiving circuitry configured to receive information indicating a mapping way of the eCCEs to PRB pair and receive ePDCCH based on the mapping way. 
     
     
         51 . The communication device according to  claim 49 , wherein the processing circuitry is further configured to exclude resource elements occupied by the reference signals from the plurality of candidate resource elements. 
     
     
         52 . The communication device according to  claim 50 , wherein the receiving circuitry is further configured to receive a signaling informing the configuration of ePDCCH. 
     
     
         53 . The communication device according to  claim 49 , wherein the processing circuitry is further configured to demodulate the ePDCCH based on a predetermined relationship between each ePDCCH configuration and system configuration. 
     
     
         54 . The communication device according to  claim 49 , wherein the processing circuitry is further configured to demodulate the ePDCCH based on different classifications of eCCE in the ePDCCH, a size of eCCE is different in different classifications. 
     
     
         55 . A communication method, comprising:
 determining a plurality of resource elements available for enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH) transmission based on reference signals; and   determining a configuration of ePDCCH for a specific terminal from a plurality of ePDCCH configurations,   wherein each ePDCCH comprises a number of enhanced control channel elements (eCCEs) mapped to one physical resource block (PRB) pair in a localized way or more than one PRB pair in a distributed way, and the configuration of ePDCCH comprises a configuration of number of eCCEs in the ePDCCH.   
     
     
         56 . The communication method according to  claim 55 , wherein the method further comprises transmitting, to the specific terminal, the ePDCCH based on the configuration of ePDCCH, and transmitting information indicating a mapping way of the eCCE to PRB pair. 
     
     
         57 . The communication method according to  claim 55 , wherein the step of determining a plurality of resource elements comprising excluding resource elements occupied by the reference signals from the plurality of resource elements. 
     
     
         58 . A communication method, comprising:
 determining a plurality of candidate resource elements for enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH) based on reference signals; and   demodulating ePDCCH on the candidate resource elements based on a plurality of ePDCCH configurations,   wherein each ePDCCH comprises a number of enhanced control channel elements (eCCEs) mapped to one physical resource block (PRB) pair in a localized way or more than one PRB pair in a distributed way, and the configuration of ePDCCH comprises a configuration of number of eCCEs in the ePDCCH.   
     
     
         59 . The communication method according to  claim 58 , wherein the method further comprises receiving information indicating a mapping way of the eCCEs to PRB pair and receiving ePDCCH based on the mapping way. 
     
     
         60 . The communication method according to  claim 58 , wherein the step of determining a plurality of candidate resource elements comprising excluding resource elements occupied by the reference signals from the plurality of candidate resource elements. 
     
     
         61 . A non-transient computer readable storage medium, comprising machine readable program codes which when being executed on an information processing machine, allow the information processing machine to execute the method in  claim 55 . 
     
     
         62 . A non-transient computer readable storage medium, comprising machine readable program codes which when being executed on an information processing machine, allow the information processing machine to execute the method in  claim 58 .
