Variable Volume Container
Abstract
A device and method of use for storing and/or dispensing any solid, liquid, and/or gas is disclosed. In one embodiment, the device for storing and/or dispensing any solid, liquid, and/or gas is comprised of a base member, one or more intermediate member(s), and a top member. In another embodiment, the device is also comprised of a flow value member that may be included in the base member, intermediate member(s), and/or top member. In another embodiment, the device is also comprised of a one or more sealing member(s) between the base member and the intermediate member, each intermediate member, and the intermediate member and the top member. In yet another embodiment, the base member and/or top member is comprised of one or more mixing member(s) that can be used to mix the contents of the container. Lastly, in another embodiment, the device may consist of a liner member inside the container.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A variable volume device for storing and/or dispensing a variable volume of any solid, liquid, and/or gas comprising:
a base member; and one or more intermediate members; wherein said base member is releasably attachable to a said intermediate member and each intermediate member is releasably attachable to additional said intermediate members allowing the stacking of additional said intermediate members.
2 . The variable volume device of claim 1 , further comprising one or more sealing members positioned between said base member and intermediate member as well as between intermediate members.
3 . The variable volume device of claim 1 , wherein said base member is further comprised of a mixing member.
4 . The variable volume device of claim 3 , wherein said mixing member is further comprised of a power source member.
5 . The variable volume device of claim 1 , wherein said base member is further comprised of a flow valve member.
6 . The variable volume device of claim 1 , wherein said base member is further comprised of a mixing member and a flow valve member.
7 . The variable volume device of claim 1 , further comprising a bladder member positioned within said intermediate members.
8 . The variable volume device of claim 7 , wherein said bladder member is further comprised of a portion that allows said bladder member to be releasably attachable to said intermediate members.
9 . The variable volume device of claim 1 , further comprising a mounting member positioned underneath said bottom member.
10 . The variable volume device of claim 9 , wherein said mounting member is further comprised of one or more transport members.
11 . The variable volume device of claim 1 , further comprising a top member that is releasably attachable to said intermediate members and is positioned at the end of said intermediate member's stack.
12 . The variable volume device of claim 11 , further comprising one or more sealing members positioned between said base member and said intermediate member, between said intermediate members, and between said intermediate member and said top member.
13 . The variable volume device of claim 11 , wherein said top member is further comprised of a mixing member.
14 . The variable volume device of claim 13 , wherein said mixing member is further comprised of a power source member.
15 . The variable volume device of claim 11 , further comprising a bladder member positioned within said intermediate members.
16 . The variable volume device of claim 15 , wherein said bladder member is further comprised of a portion that allows said bladder member to be releasably attachable to said intermediate members.
17 . The variable volume device of claim 11 , further comprising a mounting member positioned underneath said bottom member.
18 . The variable volume device of claim 17 , wherein said mounting member is further comprised of one or more transport members.
19 . A variable volume device for storing and/or dispensing a variable volume of any solid, liquid, and/or gas comprising:
a base member; one or more intermediate members; a top member; and a bladder member; wherein said base member is releasably attachable to a said intermediate member and each intermediate member is releasably attachable to additional said intermediate members allowing the stacking of additional said intermediate members; and wherein said top member is releasably attachable to said intermediate members and is positioned at the end of said intermediate member's stack; and wherein said bladder member is positioned within said intermediate members.
20 . A variable volume device for storing and/or dispensing a variable volume of any solid, liquid, and/or gas comprising:
one or more intermediate members; and a bladder member; wherein each intermediate member is releasably attachable to said intermediate members allowing the stacking of said intermediate members; and wherein said bladder member is positioned within said intermediate members and is comprised of a portion that allows said bladder member to be releasably attachable to said intermediate members.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
