Abstract
A system for determining an instruction in a first time limit that can be executed by an executing system is disclosed. The system is configured to request proposed action regarding an event from each of a plurality of operator systems. In some embodiments, the system can calculate a score for each of the proposed actions received from the plurality of operator systems. The system can then automatically determine an instruction in a first time limit based on the calculated scored and command the executing system to execute the instruction.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A computer-implemented system for determining a command instruction that can be executed by an executing system, the system comprising:
one or more computer processors; a non-transitory computer-readable storage device storing instructions configured for execution by one or more computer processors in order to cause the system to: request proposed actions regarding an event from each of a plurality of operator systems; receive proposed actions from the plurality of operator systems; for each operator system providing a proposed action, simulate the proposed action based in part on one or more parameters of the operator systems; calculate a simulation score for each of the proposed actions received from the plurality of operator systems based in part on said simulation of respective proposed actions; determine, within a predetermined first time period from requesting the proposed actions, based at least on the calculated simulation scores for the proposed actions received from the plurality of operator systems, said command instruction configured to be executed by an executing system; and initiate execution of the determined command instruction within the first time period.
2 . The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein said simulating the proposed action comprises simulating the proposed action for a plurality of scenarios, said plurality of scenarios are related to condition data.
3 . The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein said executing system comprises a surgical instrument configured to operate on a patient.
4 . The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein said executing system comprises an autonomous vehicle.
5 . The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein the first time period comprises real time.
6 . The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein the first time period is less than or equal to one minute.
7 . The computer-implemented system of claim 1 , wherein the command instruction comprises a modified action that is modified from the proposed action based in part on the simulation score.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
