Pixel driver circuit and pixel circuit having control circuit coupled to supply voltage

Abstract

A pixel driver circuit for driving a light-emitting element and a pixel circuit having the pixel driver circuit are provided. The pixel driver circuit includes a data line, address lines, switch thin film transistors, feedback thin film transistors and drive thin film transistors. The pixel circuit may include an organic light emitting diode, which is driven by the pixel driver circuit.

         36 . A control circuit coupled to supply voltage, comprising:
 a first transistor, a second transistor, and a third transistor,   said first transistor controlling a current and having a first terminal connected to the second transistor acting as a switch, said first transistor having a second terminal connected to said third transistor acting as a switch connected to a potential, and   said first transistor having a third terminal that controls an amount of current passing through said first terminal.   
     
     
         37 . The control circuit of claim  38  which includes a load and a fourth transistor coupled in series to a supply voltage, said fourth transistor having a gate coupled to said second transistor.
