The housing may be a tube having a larger diameter than the central hub. The at least one arm may comprise a pair of arms. The pair of arms may describe a Y shape. The device may be formed from a first part and a second part that may both provide a portion of the at least one arm and may both provide a portion of the hub. Also disclosed is a hand held appliance comprising a tube defining a fluid flow path from a fluid inlet into the tube to a fluid outlet from the tube and a device for distributing at least one wire to the tube.
