Abstract

A drinking vessel configured to receive and store a liquid being operable to be traversed across a support surface. The drinking vessel includes a body having a bottom and a wall integrally formed to create an interior volume and an opening. The body is superposed a support member wherein the support member includes a first end and a second end that extend beyond the bottom of the body on opposing sides thereof. A first pair of wheels and a second pair of wheels are rotatably secured to the first end and second end of the support member. A first decorative element and a second decorative element are secured to the first end and second end of the support member and are formed to resemble a front end and a rear end of a motor vehicle.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A drinking vessel comprising:
a body, said body having at least one wall and a bottom forming an interior volume, said body further including an opening providing access to said interior volume, said body operable to receive and retain a liquid therein; a horizontal support member, said horizontal support member being substantially rigid and planar in manner, said horizontal support member having said body superposed thereon, said horizontal support surface having a first end and a second end, said first end and said second end extending outward from opposing sides of said bottom; a rolling means, said rolling means being operably secured to said first end and said second end of said horizontal support structure; and wherein said rolling means are operable to facilitate the traversal of the drinking vessel across a support surface.

2 . The drinking vessel as recited in claim 1 , and further including a first decorative element, said first decorative element being secured to said first end of said horizontal support member.

3 . The drinking vessel as recited in claim 2 , and further including a second decorative element, said second decorative element being secured to said second end of said horizontal support member.

4 . The drinking vessel as recited in claim 3 , wherein said rolling means are wheels, said wheels being rotatably mounted to said horizontal support member.

5 . The drinking vessel as recited in claim 4 , wherein said first decorative element is formed to resemble the front end of a motor vehicle.

6 . The drinking vessel as recited in claim 5 , wherein said second decorative element is formed to resemble the rear end of a motor vehicle.

7 . The drinking vessel as recited in claim 6 , wherein said interior volume of said body is configured to receive and retain approximately two ounces of liquid.

8 . A drinking vessel configured to be traversed across a surface comprising:
a body, said body having a bottom and at least one wall formed therewith forming an interior volume, said body further including an opening providing access to said interior volume, said body being generally annular in shape, said bottom having a perimeter edge; a support member, said support member being generally rectangular in shape having a first end and a second end, said support member being secured to said bottom, said support member having a first end and a second end, said first end and said second end extending beyond said perimeter edge of said bottom on opposing sides of said body; a first rolling means, said first rolling means being rotatably secured to said support member proximate said first end; a second rolling means, said second rolling means being rotatably secured to said support member proximate said second end; and wherein said first rolling means and said second rolling means are operable to traverse the drinking vessel across a surface.

9 . The drinking vessel as recited in claim 8 , and further including a first decorative element, said first decorative element being secured to said first end of said support member.

10 . The drinking vessel as recited in claim 9 , and further including a second decorative element, said second decorative element being secured to said second end of said support member.

11 . The drinking vessel as recited in claim 10 , wherein said first decorative element is formed in the shape of a front end of a motor vehicle.

12 . The drinking vessel as recited in claim 11 , wherein said second decorative element is formed in the shape of a rear end of a motor vehicle.

13 . The drinking vessel as recited in claim 12 , wherein said first rolling means and said second rolling means are wheels.

14 . The drinking vessel as recited in claim 13 , wherein said interior volume of said body is configured to receive and retain at least two ounces of liquid.

15 . A drinking vessel that is operable to be rolled across a support surface comprising:
a body, said body having a bottom and at least one wall formed therewith forming an interior volume, said body further including an opening providing access to said interior volume, said body being generally annular in shape, said bottom having a perimeter edge; a support member, said support member being generally rectangular in shape having a first end and a second end, said support member having a first side and a second side, said support member having an upper surface and a lower surface, said bottom of said body being secured to said upper surface of said support member, said support member being generally perpendicular to said at least one wall of said body, said support member having a first end and a second end, said first end and said second end extending beyond said perimeter edge of said bottom on opposing sides of said body; a first pair of wheels, said first pair of wheels being rotatably secured to said support member proximate said first end; a second pair of wheels, said second pair of wheels being rotatably secured to said support member proximate said second end; a first decorative element, said first decorative element being secured to said first end of said support member, a second decorative element, said second decorative element being secured to said second end of said support member wherein said first pair of wheels and said second pair of wheels are operable to traverse the drinking vessel across a surface.

16 . The drinking vessel as recited in claim 15 , wherein said first decorative element is formed in the shape of a front end of a motor vehicle.
