Claims

Abstract

The present invention provides a vehicle seat including: a seatback frame that includes a pair of an outer side frame portion and an inner side frame portion and a lower frame portion; a tilting shaft that supports the seatback frame at a position below the lower frame portion; and a first load transfer block that transfers an impact load input from a side portion of the vehicle body to the seatback frame, wherein the vehicle seat further includes a plate-shaped rigid member of which an upper end is connected to the lower frame portion and an inner end in the vehicle width direction is connected to the inner side frame portion in the vehicle width direction, and wherein a lower edge of the plate-shaped rigid member extends to at least a height position of the tilting shaft.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A vehicle seat comprising:
 a seatback frame which has an outer side frame portion and an inner side frame portion in a vehicle width direction that are disposed to be separated from each other in a seat width direction and a lower frame portion that extends in the seat width direction between lower areas of the outer side frame portion and the inner side frame portion;   a reclining mechanism which is provided with a tilting shaft that supports the seatback frame so as to be tiltable about a cushion frame or a vehicle body; and   a plate-shaped member which is connected to rear side portions of the outer side frame portion and the inner side frame portion and transfers an impact load input from an outside of the vehicle width direction to the inner side frame portion,   wherein the plate-shaped member has a slope which downwardly tilts from the outer side frame portion to an inner side of the vehicle width direction.   
     
     
         2 . The vehicle seat according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the slope is formed between the outer side frame portion and a center position of the seat width direction.   
     
     
         3 . The vehicle seat according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the plate-shaped member is provided with a horizontal portion which extends from the slope toward the inner side frame portion.   
     
     
         4 . The vehicle seat according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein a lower end portion of the plate-shaped member extends below the reclining mechanism.   
     
     
         5 . The vehicle seat according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein a reinforcement portion is formed on an upper surface of the slope.   
     
     
         6 . The vehicle seat according to  claim 3 ,
 wherein a reinforcement portion is formed on an upper surface of the horizontal portion.   
     
     
         7 . The vehicle seat according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a reinforcement member which is disposed between the outer side frame portion and the inner side frame portion and is provided in front of the plate-shaped member.   
     
     
         8 . The vehicle seat according to  claim 7 ,
 wherein the reinforcement member is connected to a horizontal portion which extends from the slope toward the inner side frame portion.   
     
     
         9 . The vehicle seat according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a lower frame which extends to connect lower ends of the outer side frame portion and the inner side frame portion,   wherein a lower end portion of the plate-shaped member is welded to the lower frame.   
     
     
         10 . The vehicle seat according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein a part of the plate-shaped member positioned between the outer side frame portion and the inner side frame portion is located in rear of holes formed in the seatback frame at an outer circumference of the tilting shaft.   
     
     
         11 . The vehicle seat according to  claim 7 ,
 wherein the reinforcement member extends to a front of the tilting shaft.   
     
     
         12 . A vehicle seat comprising:
 an outer side frame portion and an inner side frame portion in a vehicle width direction which are disposed to be separated from each other in a seat width direction;   a plurality of pressure receiving members which is formed between the outer side frame portion and the inner side frame portion and has a curved portion curved in a vertical direction; and   a plate-shaped member which is connected to the outer side frame portion and the inner side frame portion and transfers an impact load input from an outside of the vehicle width direction to the inner side frame portion,   wherein an upper end of a load input end of the plate-shaped member is configured to be positioned between an upper end and a lower end of the curved portion of the pressure receiving member.   
     
     
         13 . The vehicle seat according to  claim 12 ,
 wherein any one of lower ends of the plate-shaped member overlaps any one of lower ends of the plurality of the pressure receiving members with respect to a height direction.   
     
     
         14 . The vehicle seat according to  claim 12 ,
 wherein a horizontal part which forms the plate-shaped member is configured to be along a shape of a lower end of any one of the plurality of the pressure receiving members.   
     
     
         15 . A vehicle seat comprising:
 a seatback frame which has an outer side frame portion and an inner side frame portion in a vehicle width direction that are disposed to be separated from each other in a seat width direction and a lower frame portion that extends in the seat width direction between lower areas of the outer side frame portion and the inner side frame portion; and   a plate-shaped member which is connected to rear side portions of the outer side frame portion and the inner side frame portion and transfers an impact load input from an outside of the vehicle width direction to the inner side frame portion,   
       wherein the impact load is input via a block of the plate-shaped member which is positioned at an outside of the seatback frame, is transferred to a horizontal portion of the plate-shaped member which is positioned at a lower part of the seatback frame, and then reaches the inner side frame portion through the horizontal portion of the plate-shaped member.
