Tile Spacer Leveling Device
Abstract
In a positioning apparatus for architectural construction, a footer element includes a base plate, and a passing column erected from the base plate and having guide teeth. The passing column is breakable from the base plate. A pressing seat has a penetrating hole for sheathing the passing column and a lateral hole communicating with the penetrating hole. A toggling element is pivoted at the lateral hole and has a circular gear portion and a positioning portion. The circular gear portion is extended into the penetrating hole, engaged with the guide tooth, and guided by the guide teeth to move up and down along the passing column when the toggling element is turned. A positioning element is installed at the pressing seat and on the same side of the toggling element, and has a blocking portion for limiting the positioning portion and blocking the turning of the toggling element.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A positioning apparatus for architectural construction, comprising:
a footer element, including a base plate and a passing column coupled to each other, and the passing column being erected from the base plate and having a plurality of guide teeth, and the passing column being bendable and breakable from the base plate by exerting a force; a pressing seat, having a penetrating hole for sheathing the passing column thereon, and a lateral hole communicating with the penetrating hole in a lateral direction; a toggling element, pivoted at the lateral hole of the pressing seat, and having a circular gear portion and a positioning portion, and the circular gear portion in the lateral hole being extended deeply into the penetrating hole and engaged with the guide tooth of the passing column, and the circular gear portion being guided by the plurality of guide teeth to move vertically up and down next to the passing column when the toggling element is turned; and a positioning element, installed at the pressing seat and disposed on the same side of the toggling element, and having a blocking portion for limiting the positioning portion and blocking the turning of the toggling element.
2 . The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 1 , wherein the positioning portion is a lateral circular gear installed on at least one side of the circular gear portion of the toggling element, and the circular gear portion has a gear tip circle with a diameter greater than the diameter of the gear tip circle of the lateral circular gear, and the blocking portion is a distal portion of the positioning element extended towards an end of the lateral circular gear, and the distal portion is extendable or separable with respect to a tooth of the lateral circular gear.
3 . The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 2 , wherein the circular gear portion and the lateral circular gear are comprised of a plurality of one-way blocking ratchets and the one-way blocking ratchets of the circular gear portion and the lateral circular gear come with opposite blocking directions.
4 . The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 2 , wherein the pressing seat has a pivot column disposed on a side of the positioning element, and the positioning element has a long hole penetrating through the pivot column, and the positioning element can be moved in a path of the long hole to extend/separate the distal portion in/from the tooth of the lateral circular gear.
5 . The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 1 , wherein the passing column has at least two support legs coupled to the base plate, and the two support legs are separated by 90 degrees or 180 degrees with respect to each other.
6 . The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 5 , wherein a joint of each of the support legs and the base plate is partially evacuated, so that the area connecting the support leg and the base plate is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the support leg, and the support leg can be bent or broken easily.
7 . The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of guide teeth is disposed at the external periphery of the passing column and disposed equidistantly with one another.
8 . The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 1 , wherein the base plate has at least one through hole.
9 . The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 1 , wherein the pressing seat has at least one hollow portion.
10 . The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 1 , wherein the toggling element has a lever protruded from a side of the circular gear portion.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
