Abstract

A system, computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program, and a computer-implemented method for communicating information in a virtual environment are presented. A graphical user interface is provided to a user, where the graphical user interface displays a virtual environment that includes one or more virtual objects. A virtual object may be linked to a section of a digital document. Selection of the virtual objects in the virtual environment by the user is monitored. Information regarding the section of the digital document is communicated to the user based on receiving an indication that a virtual object is selected.

         2 . A computer implemented method comprising:
 generating a virtual environment with a plurality of virtual objects, each virtual object having an association with a respective section from a plurality of sections of a digital document;   determining a threshold number of respective sections of the digital document have been accessed based on selection of corresponding virtual objects by a player; and   based on determining the threshold number has been met, providing a reward for a profile of the player.   
     
     
         3 . The computer implemented method of  claim 2 , wherein determining a threshold number of sections of the digital document have been accessed based on selection of respective virtual objects by a player comprises:
 determining each of the corresponding virtual objects has been selected by the player according to a predetermined order.   
     
     
         4 . The computer implemented method of  claim 2 , wherein generating a virtual environment with a plurality of virtual object comprises:
 receiving an indication of a selection by the player of a first virtual object corresponding to a first section of the plurality of sections of the digital document; and   providing for display within the virtual environment a selectable link and text summarizing the first section, wherein the selectable link triggers display of the first section based on selection of the selectable link.   
     
     
         5 . The computer implemented method of  claim 2 , wherein generating a virtual environment with a plurality of virtual object comprises:
 receiving an indication of a selection by the player of a first virtual object corresponding to a first section of the plurality of sections of the digital document; providing for display within the virtual environment a request message based on the first section, wherein the request message requests a selection by the payer of an option from a plurality of options;   determining whether a particular option selected by the player is correct.   
     
     
         6 . The computer implemented method of  claim 5 , wherein providing for display a request message based on the first section comprises:
 providing for display a question relating to content of the first section, wherein each of the plurality of options comprises an answer option.   
     
     
         7 . The computer implemented method of  claim 2 , comprising:
 wherein the virtual environment comprises a virtual farm environment rendered to concurrently display each virtual object, wherein the plurality of virtual objects includes a first virtual object of a first type of farm landmark and a second virtual object of a second type of farm landmark, the first type of farm landmark different than the second type of farm landmark.   
     
     
         8 . The computer implemented method of  claim 2 , comprising:
 wherein the virtual environment comprises a virtual vehicle interior environment rendered to concurrently display each virtual object, wherein the plurality of virtual objects includes a first virtual object of a first type of vehicle control panel and a second virtual object of a second type of vehicle control panel, the first type of vehicle control panel different than the second type of vehicle control panel.   
     
     
         9 . A non-transitory machine-readable storage medium storing instructions which, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
 generating a virtual environment with a plurality of virtual objects, each virtual object having an association with a respective section from a plurality of sections of a digital document;   determining a threshold number of respective sections of the digital document have been accessed based on selection of corresponding virtual objects by a player; and   based on determining the threshold number has been met, providing a reward for a profile of the player.   
     
     
         10 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage of  claim 9 , wherein determining a threshold number of sections of the digital document have been accessed based on selection of respective virtual objects by a player comprises:
 determining each of the corresponding virtual objects has been selected by the player according to a predetermined order.   
     
     
         11 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage of  claim 9 , wherein generating a virtual environment with a plurality of virtual object comprises:
 receiving an indication of a selection by the player of a first virtual object corresponding to a first section of the plurality of sections of the digital document; and   providing for display within the virtual environment a selectable link and text summarizing the first section, wherein the selectable link triggers display of the first section based on selection of the selectable link.   
     
     
         12 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage of  claim 9 , wherein generating a virtual environment with a plurality of virtual object comprises:
 receiving an indication of a selection by the player of a first virtual object corresponding to a first section of the plurality of sections of the digital document; providing for display within the virtual environment a request message based on the first section, wherein the request message requests a selection by the payer of an option from a plurality of options;   determining whether a particular option selected by the player is correct.   
     
     
         13 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage of  claim 12 , wherein providing for display a request message based on the first section comprises:
 providing for display a question relating to content of the first section, wherein each of the plurality of options comprises an answer option.

 wherein the virtual environment comprises a virtual farm environment rendered to concurrently display each virtual object, wherein the plurality of virtual objects includes a first virtual object of a first type of farm landmark and a second virtual object of a second type of farm landmark, the first type of farm landmark different than the second type of farm landmark.   
     
     
         15 . A computer system comprising:
 a processor;   a memory device holding an instruction set executable on the processor to cause the computer system to perform operations comprising:   generating a virtual environment with a plurality of virtual objects, each virtual object having an association with a respective section from a plurality of sections of a digital document;   determining a threshold number of respective sections of the digital document have been accessed based on selection of corresponding virtual objects by a player; and   based on determining the threshold number has been met, providing a reward for a profile of the player.   
     
     
         16 . The computer system of  claim 15 , wherein determining a threshold number of sections of the digital document have been accessed based on selection of respective virtual objects by a player comprises:
 determining each of the corresponding virtual objects has been selected by the player according to a predetermined order.   
     
     
         17 . The computer system of  claim 15 , wherein generating a virtual environment with a plurality of virtual object comprises:
