Abstract
A fully user-centric mobile relation networking management of business networking, personal networking and social networking for mobile terminal device with networking services adaptively and intelligently optimized by converged wireless connections based on open wireless architecture (OWA) mobile cloud infrastructure with QoW (Quality of Wireless connection) control through OWA Operating System (OS) to enable highly secured relation networking for mobile business and personal networking users.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed:
. A method for social relation networking service operating system (OS) processing in mobile cloud infrastructure, said method comprising:
a) providing secured mobile social relation management of business social networking, personal social networking and general social networking among different mobile terminals (MTs) as mobile cloud clients, through virtual mobile server (VMS) as mobile cloud server, b) supporting best-connected solutions for said business social networking, said personal social networking and said general social networking, c) facilitating secured mobile social networking services for secured business networking and secured personal networking, between said MTs and said VMS, d) further relaying, rerouting or switching secured information frames of said secured business networking and said secured personal networking to other said MTs synchronized with said VMS, e) optimizing said business social networking, said personal social networking and said general social networking based on updated QoW (Quality of Wireless connection) and QoS (Quality of Service) parameters between said MTs and said VMS and so among multiple said MTs, and f) managing Mobile UID (unique identifier) used for cyberspace security in said secured business networking and said secured personal networking.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein said secured information frames are generated by said Mobile UID and contents of said secured business networking and said secured personal networking.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein one said VMS can support one or multiple said MTs, and multiple said MTs can share one said VMS in said business social networking, said personal social networking and said general social networking.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein said Mobile UID contains unique user information, device information, content information and low-layer security information including transmission information, MAC (medium access control) information and IP (Internet protocol) information to enhance security measures for said MTs.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein said social relation networking service OS is an open service OS module, adaptable to any common CRM (customer relation manager or customer relationship management) platform or social networking platform.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein said social relation networking service OS is an open portable module which can be installed in different systems in different application environments.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein said social relation networking service OS is an open service OS module optimized for mobile wireless terminal devices, and can be utilized for other systems such as mobile wireless router, mobile wireless gateway, mobile wireless switching system or mobile wireless base station.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein said best-connected solutions refer to optimized wireless connections between said mobile cloud clients and said mobile cloud server based on said QoW.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein said QoW is based on combined consideration of cost, bandwidth and spectrum efficiency wherein an acceptable QoW means a good transmission bandwidth with good cost-effectiveness and spectrum-efficiency including said acceptable QoW with IP (Internet Protocol) connection over WLAN (wireless local area network), and an unacceptable QoW means a poor transmission bandwidth or poor cost-effectiveness though transmission bandwidth could be good, or poor spectrum efficiency, including said unacceptable QoW with said IP connection over cellular mobile networks but costing too much for mobile user of said MT, wherein said cellular mobile networks include TDMA (time division multiplex access), CDMA (code division multiplex access), OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplex) and PDMA (packet division multiplex access).
. The method as recited in claim 9 , wherein the better said QoW refers to said optimized wireless connections in the default priority order of said WLAN, WPAN (wireless personal access networks), BWA (broadband wireless access networks) and said cellular mobile networks, but said priority order may be different in different wireless transmission environments.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein said secured information frames are utilized to facilitate expanding said secured business networking and said secured personal networking through global Internet.
. The method as recited in claim 11 , wherein said secured information frames across said global Internet are synchronized with and controlled by said VMS to ensure security for said secured business networking and said secured personal networking.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein said managing Mobile UID includes generating original Mobile UID in originating MTs, and synchronizing with said VMS in updating original Mobile UID database in said VMS.
. The method as recited in claim 13 , wherein said managing Mobile UID includes detecting said Mobile UID in receiving MTs, and matching said detected Mobile UID with said original Mobile UID in said Mobile UID database in said VMS to ensure security for said secured business networking and said secured personal networking.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein said updated QoW reflects the frequent updating of said QoW for said MTs in different wireless networks or moving across different wireless networks including said WLAN, said WPAN, said BWA and said cellular mobile networks.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein when said QoW is changed between said MTs and said VMS, said social relation networking service among said MTs will change accordingly to optimize social relation networking performance.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein said social relation networking service supports applications of rich video, rich web, big file or simple text/message for either said secured mobile social networking services for said secured business networking and said secured personal networking, or unsecured mobile social networking services for said general social networking.
. The method as recited in claim 9 , wherein said QoW requirements of said combined consideration of cost, bandwidth and spectrum efficiency can be preset by said mobile user, and can be reset, updated or changed by said mobile user for said MT.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein if said QoW is unacceptable or too low for said MT, said MT can request said VMS to have all or some of said MT's incoming calls including voice, data, video or message calls rerouted to said VMS instead of being connected directly to said MT, and said MT can retrieve said incoming calls from said VMS when said QoW becomes acceptable.
. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein said QoW and said QoS work together to optimize said social relation networking service both in wireless connections and in mobile social relation services and applications.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
