Claims

Abstract

A controller includes an acquiring section and a determining section. The acquiring section acquires information outdoor temperature, target space temperature in the target space, and set temperature of the air conditioner. The determining section determines that the outdoor air introducing operation is to be performed when the air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount is greater than the ventilation apparatus consumed energy amount in a case where the outdoor temperature, the target space temperature, and the set temperature satisfy predetermined conditions. The controller preferably includes a calculating section which calculates an air conditioner consumed power reduction amount and a ventilation apparatus consumed power amount which is consumed by the ventilation apparatus in a case where outdoor air cooling or outdoor air heating is performed.

1 . A controller for a ventilation apparatus, which performs heat load treatment for a target space along with an air conditioner by performing an outdoor air introducing operation where outdoor air is introduced, the controller comprising:
 an information acquiring section configured to acquire information on outdoor temperature, target space temperature in the target space, and set temperature of the air conditioner;   an energy amount calculating section configured to calculate
 an air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount, which is an amount of energy consumed in the air conditioner which is reduced by performing the outdoor air introducing operation, and 
 a ventilation apparatus consumed energy amount, which is an amount of energy consumed by the ventilation apparatus; and 
   an outdoor air introduction determining section configured to determine that the outdoor air introducing operation is to be performed when the air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount is greater than the ventilation apparatus consumed energy amount in a case where the outdoor temperature, the target space temperature, and the set temperature satisfy predetermined conditions.   
     
     
         2 . The controller for the ventilation apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the information acquiring section is further configured to acquire information on outdoor humidity and target space humidity in the target space, and   the outdoor air introduction determining section is further configured to determine that the outdoor air introducing operation is to be performed when the air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount is greater than the ventilation apparatus consumed energy amount in a case where the outdoor temperature, the target space temperature, the set temperature, the outdoor humidity, and the target space humidity satisfy predetermined conditions.   
     
     
         3 . A controller for a ventilation apparatus which performs heat load treatment for a target space along with an air conditioner by performing an outdoor air introducing operation where outdoor air is introduced, the controller comprising:
 an information acquiring section configured to acquire information on outdoor temperature, target space temperature in the target space, set temperature of the air conditioner, and a correction value which is set based on an air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount, which is an amount of energy consumed in the air conditioner which is reduced by performing the outdoor air introducing operation and a ventilation apparatus consumed energy amount which is consumed by the ventilation apparatus; and   an outdoor air introduction determining section configured to determine that the outdoor air introducing operation is to be performed in a case in which
 a value of the correction value added to the outdoor temperature, 
 the target space temperature, and 
 the set temperature 
   
       satisfy predetermined conditions. 
     
     
         4 . A controller for a ventilation apparatus which performs heat load treatment for a target space along with an air conditioner by performing an outdoor air introducing operation where outdoor air is introduced, the controller comprising:
 an information acquiring section configured to acquire information on outdoor temperature, target space temperature in the target space, and set temperature of the air conditioner;   an energy amount calculating section configured to calculate
 an air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount, which is an amount of energy consumed in the air conditioner which is reduced by performing the outdoor air introducing operation, and 
 a ventilation apparatus consumed energy amount which is an amount of energy consumed by the ventilation apparatus; 
   a correction value setting section configured to set a correction value based on the outdoor temperature, the target space temperature, the air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount, and the ventilation apparatus consumed energy amount; and   an outdoor air introduction determining section configure to determine that the outdoor air introducing operation is to be performed in a case in which
 a value of the correction value added to the outdoor temperature, 
 the target space temperature, and 
 the set temperature 
   
       satisfy predetermined conditions. 
     
     
         5 . The controller for a ventilation apparatus according to  claim 4 , wherein
 the information acquiring section is further configured to acquire information on outdoor humidity and target space humidity in the target space, and   the correction value setting section is configured to set the correction value based on the outdoor temperature, the target space temperature, the outdoor humidity, the target space humidity, the air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount, and the ventilation apparatus consumed energy amount.   
     
     
         6 . The controller for a ventilation apparatus according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a heat load calculating section configured to calculate a heat load in the target space,   the information acquiring section being further configured to acquire information on efficiency of energy consumed in the air conditioner, and   the energy amount calculating section being configured to calculate the air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount based on the heat load and the efficiency of energy consumed in the air conditioner.   
     
     
         7 . The controller for a ventilation apparatus according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the information acquiring section is further configured to acquire information on a ventilation air flow amount in the ventilation apparatus, specific gravity of the air in the target space, and efficiency of energy consumed in the air conditioner, and the controller further comprises:   a specific enthalpy difference calculating section configured to calculate a specific enthalpy difference between outdoor air and air in the target space based on the outdoor temperature, the target space temperature, the outdoor humidity, and the target space humidity; and   a heat load calculating section configured to calculate a heat load in the target space based on the specific enthalpy difference, the ventilation air flow amount, and the specific gravity of the air in the target space,   the energy amount calculating section being further configured to calculate the air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount based on the heat load and the efficiency of energy consumed in the air conditioner.   
     
     
         8 . The controller for a ventilation apparatus according to  claim 2 , further comprising:
 a heat load calculating section configured to calculate a heat load in the target space,   the information acquiring section being further configured to acquire information on efficiency of energy consumed in the air conditioner, and   the energy amount calculating section being configured to calculate the air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount based on the heat load and the efficiency of energy consumed in the air conditioner.   
     
     
         9 . The controller for a ventilation apparatus according to  claim 4 , further comprising:
 a heat load calculating section configured to calculate a heat load in the target space,   the information acquiring section being further configured to acquire information on efficiency of energy consumed in the air conditioner, and   the energy amount calculating section being configured to calculate the air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount based on the heat load and the efficiency of energy consumed in the air conditioner.   
     
     
         10 . The controller for a ventilation apparatus according to  claim 5 , further comprising:
 a heat load calculating section configured to calculate a heat load in the target space,   the information acquiring section being further configured to acquire information on efficiency of energy consumed in the air conditioner, and   the energy amount calculating section being configured to calculate the air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount based on the heat load and the efficiency of energy consumed in the air conditioner.   
     
     
         11 . The controller for a ventilation apparatus according to  claim 5 , wherein
 the information acquiring section is further configured to acquire information on a ventilation air flow amount in the ventilation apparatus, specific gravity of the air in the target space, and efficiency of energy consumed in the air conditioner, and the controller further comprises:   a specific enthalpy difference calculating section configured to calculate a specific enthalpy difference between outdoor air and air in the target space based on the outdoor temperature, the target space temperature, the outdoor humidity, and the target space humidity; and   a heat load calculating section configured to calculate a heat load in the target space based on the specific enthalpy difference, the ventilation air flow amount, and the specific gravity of the air in the target space,   the energy amount calculating section being further configured to calculate the air conditioner consumed energy reduction amount based on the heat load and the efficiency of energy consumed in the air conditioner.
