Abstract
A method of making a cosmetic palette assembly includes: forcing a pigmented cake unit that includes a first pigmented cake, sad a second pigmented cake which is in a color different from that of the first pigmented cake; disposing the first pigmented cake and the second pigmented cake into a holder; and filling a filler into the holder to form a soft base such that the first pigmented cake and the second pigmented cake are fixed in and surrounded by the soft base. The cosmetic palette assembly is also disclosed.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A method of making a cosmetic palette assembly, comprising the steps of:
A) forming a pigmented cake unit that includes a first pigmented cake, and a second pigmented cake which is in a color different from that of the first pigmented cake; B) disposing the first pigmented cake and the second pigmented cake into a holder; and C) filling a filler into the holder to form a soft base such that the first pigmented cake and the second pigmented cake are fixed in and surrounded by the soft base.
2 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a top surface of the first pigmented cake and a top surface of the second pigmented cake are completely covered by the soft base.
3 . The method as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the filler includes a transparent gel.
4 . The method as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the filler further includes a glitter material distributed in the transparent gel.
5 . The method as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the top surface of the first pigmented cake and the top surface of the second pigmented cake are flush with each other.
6 . The method as claimed in claim 2 , further comprising a step (D) of removing a part of the soft base such that the top surface of the first pigmented cake and the top surface of the second pigmented cake are exposed.
7 . The method as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the soft base is opaque.
8 . The method as claimed in claim 4 , wherein step (C) is conducted by mixing the transparent gel with the glitter material to obtain the filler, disposing the filler into the holder, and solidifying the filler to form the soft base.
9 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein step (A) is conducted using a mold.
10 . The method as claimed in claim 9 , wherein step (A) is conducted by melting first and second cosmetic materials respectively for the first and second pigmented cakes, and filling the first and second cosmetic materials in corresponding cavities of the mold, followed by solidification so as to form the first pigmented cake and the second pigmented cake in the cavities.
11 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein in step (B), the first pigmented cake and the second pigmented cake are spaced-apart attached to a bottom wall of the holder.
12 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the holder is transparent.
13 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising, after Step (C), a step (E) of packaging the holder along with the pigmented cake unit and the soft base into a shell, unit having a cover.
14 . A cosmetic palette assembly, comprising;
a holder confining an accommodating space; and a cosmetic product that is disposed in said accommodating space and that includes a pigmented cake unit and a soft base, said pigmented cake unit having a first pigmented cake, and a second pigmented cake that is in a color different from that of said first pigmented cake, said soft base being made of a filler that includes a transparent gel, said first pigmented cake and said second pigmented cake being fixed in and surrounded by said soft base.
15 . The cosmetic palette assembly as claimed in claim 14 , wherein a top surface of said first pigmented cake and a top surface of said second pigmented cake are completely covered by said soft base.
16 . The cosmetic palette assembly as claimed in claim 14 , wherein said filler further includes a glitter material distributed in said transparent gel.
17 . The cosmetic palette assembly as claimed in claim 14 , wherein said holder is transparent and includes a holder body that confines said accommodating space, and a cover that removably covers said bolder body.
18 . The cosmetic palette assembly as claimed in claim 17 , wherein said holder body includes a bottom wall, a bottom surface of said first pigmented cake and a bottom surface of said second pigmented cake being higher than a top surface of said bottom wall.
19 . The cosmetic palette assembly as claimed in claim 13 , wherein a top surface of said first pigmented cake and a top surface of said second pigmented cake are flush with each other.
20 . The cosmetic palette assembly as claimed in claim 14 , wherein said first pigmented cake and said second pigmented cake are spaced-apart, disposed in said soft base.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
