Abstract
A situational and global context aware calendar, communications, and/or relationship management method and system is disclosed. The system is configured to receive non-calendaring related context information, and, based on that context information, to automatically determine one or more parameters of a meeting request.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A computing system comprising:
one or more computer processors; and a non-transitory storage device; wherein the non-transitory storage device stores instructions that, when executed by the one or more computer processors, causes the computing system to: receive, during a meeting of one or more participants, from one or more cameras and/or microphones, images and/or audio data related to the meeting; analyze, in near real time, the images and/or audio data to determine one or more behaviors having possible religious or cultural implications; compare the behaviors against one or more data repositories having associations between behaviors and religious or cultural guidelines to determine if one or more religious or cultural guidelines are being or are at risk of being violated; and transmit to a display device of a user, in near real time, at least one tip to avoid offending the one or more participants, wherein the tip(s) are based on the one or more religious or cultural guidelines being violated or at risk of being violated.
2 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein two or more tips are transmitted in order of importance.
3 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein the computing system only transmits tips meeting a set level of significance.
4 . The computing system of claim 3 , wherein the level of significance may be changed by the user.
5 . The computing system of claim 3 , wherein the level of significance may be changed by the computing system when the computing systems determines that a disruptive event is likely to occur or has occurred.
6 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein the display device is a wearable device.
7 . The computing system of claim 6 , wherein the wearable device comprises a hidden warning system that is minimally perceptible to other participants.
8 . The computing system of claim 6 , wherein the wearable device is a watch and the warning system is one or more vibrations.
9 . The computing system of claim 8 , wherein the number of vibrations indicates the guideline being violated.
10 . A computerized method, comprising:
receiving, via a network interface, a query from a user device comprising a meeting request, the meeting request indicating one or more invitees and comprising one or more requested meeting parameters; accessing, from at least one server having one or more data repositories, preference information, the preference information comprising non-schedule related preferences for at least one invitee; determining the one or more requested meeting parameters based at least in part on the preference information; and transmitting, via the network interface, the determined one or more requested parameters.
11 . The computerized method of claim 10 , further comprising automatically generating the preference information based on a first invitee's financial information.
12 . The computerized method of claim 10 , further comprising automatically generating the preference information based on a first invitee's medical or immunization history.
13 . The computerized method of claim 10 , further comprising automatically generating the preference information based on a first invitee's travel schedule.
14 . The computerized method of claim 10 , further comprising automatically generating the preference information based on one or more environmental sensors on the user device.
15 . The computerized method of claim 10 , further comprising automatically generating the preference information based on a first invitee's geolocation.
16 . The computerized method of claim 10 , wherein the non-schedule related preferences comprises dining location preferences.
17 . The computerized method of claim 10 , further comprising automatically generating the preference information based on a first invitee's religion.
18 . The computerized method of claim 10 , further comprising automatically generating the preference information based on the first invitee's demographics.
19 . A computing system comprising:
one or more computer processors; and a non-transitory storage device; wherein the non-transitory storage device stores instructions that, when executed by the one or more computer processors, causes the computing system to: receive a query regarding a meeting request from a user device, the meeting request indicating one or more invitees; access, from at least one independent server having one or more data repositories, social media data related to one or more invitees, wherein the accessed social media data comprises one or more stored images generated by an imaging sensor and stored by the one or more data repositories and does not include calendar schedules; analyze the stored image(s) to identify at least one characteristic related to the one or more invitees; compare the at least one characteristic against a data structure having associations between characteristics and particular religious and cultural attributes to determine one or more religious or cultural attributes of respective invitees; identify at least one recommended venue satisfying the meeting request based, at least in part, on the one or more determined cultural or religious attributes; and transmit to a scheduling application of the user device the at least one recommended venue.
20 . The computing system of claim 19 , wherein the at least one recommended venue is further based on travel information for one or more of the invitees and the travel information comprises near real time weather and/or traffic conditions.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
