Abstract
Provided herein are methods of restoring vitamin D sensitivity in tumor cells that are vitamin D resistant. Also provided are methods of treating, preventing or managing cancer using an immunomodulatory compound in combination with a vitamin D agent. Pharmaceutical compositions and single unit dosage forms suitable for use in the methods provided herein are also disclosed.

18 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising an immunomodulatory compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or stereoisomer thereof, and a vitamin D agent.
19 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 18 , wherein the immunomodulatory compound is 3-(4-amino-1-oxo-1,3-dihydro-isoindol-2-yl)-piperidine-2,6-dione or 4-(amino)-2-(2,6-dioxo-(3-piperidyl))-isoindoline-1,3-dione.
