Posture correcting tool

Abstract

The present invention provides a posture correcting tool which has a simple structure and can be used easily. The posture correcting tool includes an attachment member 10 attachable to the head of a user and at least one pressing portion 20 which is provided in the attachment member 10 , protrudes from the attachment member 10 toward the head of the user, and can press at least a portion of a peripheral surface of the head including the forehead of the user. The attachment member 10 is formed of an elastic material formed into a ring shape attachable to the peripheral surface of the head of the user, and the pressing portion 20 presses the head of the user with contractive force of the attachment member 10.

1 . A method for correcting a posture of a user in whom a head position is deviated from a center of gravity of a body by forward tilting of the head and distortion, the method comprising:
 providing a posture correcting tool comprising an attachment member attachable to the head of the user and at least one pressing portion which is provided in the attachment member, protrudes from the attachment member toward the head of the user, and can press at least a portion of a peripheral surface of the head including a forehead of the user;   attaching the posture correcting tool to the head of the user; and   pressing at least the portion of the peripheral surface of the head by the pressing portion, whereby the head of the user is unconsciously swiveled upward, and correcting the posture of the user into a posture matching the position of the head to the center of gravity of the body.
